What if something RL happened and they had to get up for a little bit. At least see if them roping is a consistent thing. Doing it one turn, even turn 1, could be that they got called away from their keyboard for a moment, or they had unexpected connection issues. Yeah, there is no in-game reason to rope turn 1 since the decision basically comes down to "do I have 0-1 mana minion/spell i wanna play" or "Do I wanna coin a 2 drop" which isnt a particularly difficult decision to make. But the real world can still interfere. Though if its a connection issue, its actually rather kind of you to rope every turn since it in theory gives them a chance to come back or have time to fix the problem. But, and I realize this is hard to tell over the internet, it seems like you are making this decision out of spite as though you are trying to waste their time because they wasted yours, even if that wasn't their intention.

You know what's even better than a mage using Luna's Pocket Galaxy? A Rogue picking it up early thanks to Academic Espionage. Makes every card in your deck, aside from Rogue spells, an instant 1-mana cost allowing you to pull off some truly unfair combos. I've only ever done this once though. It's not exactly a common find.

Sorry, but Shooting Star sucks and will always suck. There are plenty of cards that are good WITH OTHER CARDS, but the card needs to be good by itself.
