मालवणी जेवणाची चव मालवणातच ,इथल जेवण हे लांजा, राजापूर साईडचे आहे, त्यामध्ये सुके खोबरे वापरले जाते, आणि मालवणात ओले खोबरे वापरतात.
अगदी बरोबर. कोळी पद्धतीच्या मासे कालवण मध्ये पण सुके खोबरे भाजून त्यात कोळी मसाला घालतात. अर्थात ते पण चविष्ट असतेच.
