This year approx 600000 , Loan can be easily done for economic weaker section. And scholarship For general candidates is very rare according to me . But If your state give any scholarship then that is other case.
No brother, no one here whom I know has ever faced ragging. Even very good bond is there between juniors and seniors, you ask them out for help and they will help you. Overall there is nothing like ragging.
