Hi, there's very little doubt about Modi's popularity. I too have taken a close look at him, of course, as his being the PM. The man appears to have a lot of 'josh,' he thinks big and has all the dreams about our country. The topmost thing that i admire about him is his well-meaning silence to his bitterest criticism. In every crisis, he is hands-on, he knows what is happening and is ready with his response. His anger, i have seen in pictures and video clips, is equally well-meaning. And above all, he likes to be funny, among children and, of course, like me, loves simple and well-ironed clothes. You may not agree with him, or he doesn't agree with you, but it'd so happen that in the end, you would have to agree with him. Amazing man!

People who involve religion in every other matter are the ones who lack good education. Be it Hindus or Muslims, if they haven't studied much, we cannot expect them to rise above religion and tackle situations. Education broadens our mindset and expands our capabilities of thought, it is when we understand that one's religion is a private affair and definitely doesn't require an extremist approach.
I am glad that today in India, education is unbiased when it comes to religion. Zafar Sareshwala, along with countless other Muslims are examples of well-educated and well-read Indian Muslims. He could have gone extreme with gore, violence, weapons and community polarisation given that he was a powerful businessman. But, he chose to protest and disagree. I am proud that our country's emphasis is now moving towards education, which is the ultimate cornerstone for every other aspect of a nation.
I would request both of you to please educate the people around you, even in small ways. Erase the hatred they bear in mind and make them realise the power of education along with the values of religion. My religion teaches me to question its existence and not blindly follow religious extremism. I am sure there are lot of positive things in Islam too. Propagate the good and accept its limitations. After all, tolerance is more virtuous than extremism as it makes us more human and makes the world a more liveable place.
You think there is no education is all Muslim countries. But they still hold on to blasphemy laws. The problem is not illiteracy but indoctrination. If indoctrination is encoded in education, then it's more toxic than illiteracy. The biggest crimes in the world have not been committed by uneducated people.

In this sense, education should be a tool to raise awareness, broaden you mindset and question everything. Technical education is another thing. Certainly you cannot make bombs without a technical background.

Ahmedabad had always been notorious for riots , how the riots of 2002 sparked lies in the fact that a group of Hindu kar sevaks (pilgrims) was returning from Ayodhya U P by the train Sabarmati express and a bogey of the train set afire and 57 people died in the blaze. In reaction to this act the riots broke out. This was entirely spontaneous reaction not pre-planned. But the blame is always put on the majority community.

Riot begun when a muslim mob set ablaze the train compartment/coach of sabarmati express in godhra Railway Station with 10 ram bhakts who were on their way back to home from ayodhya ram temple in godhra only because of acrimony toward proposed ram temple and fear of getting defeated in honourable court. 10 ram bhakt burnt alive and they succumbed then and there. Due to this whole of godhra plunged into riots along and soon the fire of riots spread in almost every part of urban gujarat.
