My friend, I must say this cover does deserve much love, the "Fast bow movements" are actually referred in music theory as "Tremolo", very easy to do, and ideal to do at the tip of the bow (His wooden thing looped through the string there that he's holding weirdly, which is actually how you hold a German bow!)
Seth Mundy I'm always reluctant to use terms from music theory because I only know them from hearsay. So especially with instruments that I don't know I will just work my way around such terms just in case they're wrong :,) But really, the erhu is such an awesome instrument!

I know for sure you can get them in China (where my family gets them). You can also get them from Amazon if you just search up "erhu" but I'm not sure about the quality :/
Sin A It's pretty easy to teach yourself how to use an erhu if you know how to play violin, since the strings are usually D and A...and you watch enough videos paying attention to their hands and movements. At least, that's how I taught myself.
+Sin A As +Temayuka stated the Violin and Erhu don't have many differences but the cello or the bass would be more similar. Due to the hand grip that the bass has. But the techniques are quite similar such as Vibrato and things like that. The Chinese Violin as it is refereed also by that "name".
