    Bryony is only a couple of years older than me, and I remember my mum talking about her columns and wondering if I was moonlighting as a journalist because we sounded so similar... unfortunately neither she nor I realised that Bryony and I have chronic mental illness in common as well as a sense of humour. She's so right about it getting harder to treat as it becomes more entrenched... if you're struggling, please don't wait to look for help, and advocate for yourself as best you can when dealing with the shitshow that is mental healthcare.
