Aespa really did amazing job and this was the best performance since their debut
I never really got into Aespa for no other reason other than kpop gets kind of overwhelming which i am sure you guys feel sometimes with reactions etc. I wanted to check out their stage from Coachella because people were being so mean and negative on twitter about their performance.. but I thought they did really well! They had good vocals and good stage presence. The dancing was good, they looked good! I don't get the hate at all and they for sure got a new fan in me :) I think it's amazing that we get to see kpop idols perform at Coachella! BP did well, 2NE1 did well and Aespa did well! There is no point in fighting about it.

@@mkpoo It's literally so unnessacary. Aespa performing at Coachella doesn't even take anything away from BP at all. They were even attacking Tablo for stating a fact just because BP was not the first kpop/korean artist at Coachella. That was Epik high and Tablo is the reason BP was even invited there in the first place. Blinks need to chill out! They were even bringing his child into it. He saw it too which is so sad!

aespa did really great. They got amazing live vocals, amazing stage presence, amazing dance/choreo and they also got the aenergy of the performance. I as a MY feels so proud of them. 💙🌙⭐🦋

Aespa is boring...
It is difficult for foreigners to gain popularity in America, unlike their own country, but I think that Aespa is the opposite. I was surprised by the presence of the huge number of people in Coachella. I went to opinions, and they were Aespa. People interacted a lot. They really attracted attention very quickly. AESPA had a big role in Coachella 2022.Really looking forward to a concert soon to prove the strength of the distinguished aespa audience🤝🏻❤
the audience increased at the end because other artists like Billie and Megan the stalion came, because when they started their presentation some left, I'm not a hater, on the contrary I'm my, but I give a realistic opinion, the girls did have their audience, but most they didn't come for them. I think that if SM had warned in time they would have had more people connected to kpop, the public always shouted and encouraged them

Thank you for your unbias, honnest words. I've been hurted since aespa confirmed to perform at Coachella and the whole internet was mocking aespa, even after they did so well for the first time perform live at such a big event and outside of Korea, hater still come at them said the crowd looks dead, their voice crack and shaky, their performance can't hype the crowd. I'm so tired and don't want to see those comments anymore, over all I'm proud of them even I'm not their fan, they're doing their best and prove that they can sing live (hater always say they can't sing because they don't sing live)
Ppl say why SM let a rookie like aespa perform at a big event like this, dude they are invited, do you think SM gonna turn down a big oppoturnity like that, especially SM want to lead aespa to promote in US

Their performance was actually around 30 mins long. they performed 4 songs in all. their Savage and Next Level performances were their best for me. you should check them out too!

u should react to their next level and savage performance as well!! they performed those songs so well and pulled off all the high notes especially in a song savage that’s literally filled with high notes!! They’re all so stable at live singing it’s crazy!! Their stage presence also increased with a large audience aswell. For a grp that rarely performed infront of a large audience, they perfectly hyped up the crowd especially Giselle and ningning!!

Actually Epik High was the 1st korean act to be invited to Coachella, they already performed 3 times in 2016, 2020 and this year 2022.

yes, Winter and Karina are so stable. Well Giselle is enjoying and i like that energy, while Ning Ning has a big voice but i do understand that she was nervous.

Perfume from Japan really brings the technologically show to the stage like decades ago, and they still are doing it. Their coachella concert was amazing even way more prepared than the Aespa or other kpop group.
Aespa are the only gg in the main stage and the first rookie group in kpop to perform in Coachella also the first 4th generation group that’s big

Aespa was formally invited to perform in the MAIN STAGE (so they are the 1st Kpop group to do that) and ofc the 1st 4th gen group. Still bp was the 1st Kpop gg to go to Coachella (and they performed in the Sahara stage)

to be honest, to be a rookie group they did well, although , the public of coachella was dead, those who encouraged aespa were their fans, I think that sm would have invested in a band or in more dancers because I felt the stage a little empty, because come on! it's coachella, a festival, it's not inkigayo, etc, what I do rescue are the live voices, very good voices but perhaps in presence they still need to develop more than I know that with time they will be able to do better, they did the best they could and that is valued

It wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as expected. For this big live stage, just the good vocal is not enough for the performance. They can't attract the audience so this makes it less engaging and boring.

Coachella crowd is dead in general. Even The Weeknd got mad about the fact that they didn’t have energy. When he is the whole main artist in there.
They did a good job but I didn't get the festival vibe it was just like an award show performance. They could have performed with a live band or made some arrangements for their songs to fit the festival vibe like rock version etc.
Aespa definitely ain't my fave performers. I think they have a lot of potential though
