In terms of acting, plot, cinematography, chemistry between the main leads, directing etc, MR. SUNSHINE wins. It's a masterpiece of art. Hands down THE BEST k-drama I have ever watched (and I've watched many lol). If you need a drama that will blow your mind, go watch Mr. Sunshine. You won't be disappointed!

Crash Landing on You and Memories of Alhambra are my favorites on the list. Hyun Bin is my favorite actor. CLOY is very popular globally and I think a lot of people outside South Korea became interested in K-dramas because of CLOY, Hyun Bin and SYJ.

I couldn't move on after watching CRASH LANDING ON YOU. But after I started to watch IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY, I m obsessed with it. It's soo good. And it only realease 4 episodes yet IRS so good. Im just waiting for episodes 5 and 6 next week on Netflix.

I'm glad I came across Mr Sunshine, it's such a breathtaking series, to be frank it's a masterpiece. The two leads Lee Byung-hun & Kim Tae-ri 😍 The chemistry 🔥 The supporting characters 👏🏾 The dialogue 🙌🏾 The cinematography 🙌🏾 The music 🔥 The directing and storytelling 👏🏾 I think you get the idea 😅 it's literally perfect
Everyone has different taste. But no matter age or gender, I'd like to recommend Reply 1988 to everyone. I'd say that don't think too much and give it a try if you've time. The warmth you'll feel is unexpected. It'll make you miss your childhood of 80's which you might never had.
So, for those of you are wondering why your favorite kdramas isn’t on the list? It’s because this list is for cable networks only. Those other big hit dramas such as full house, coffee prince, scarlet ryeo, descendants of the sun and my love from another star etc., are produced from a different major networks. 😉

Mr. Sunshine is LEGENDARY!!! really every episode was gripping is like you watching a movie and now Flower of evil is LEGENDARY too I was really convinced that it's okay not to be okay was going to be the best in 2020 but it noooo! Flower of evil is the best ever epsiode was soo gripping it kept me in my edege of my set Lee joon gi and moon cha won did a really great job hope they win awards (sorry for bad spelling 😅😅)
You know kdramas r so addictive- you can hardly rank them. Many of them are superb in their own way. Of course romance is always their topmost agenda. But they way, a man and woman in love emote themselves shakes everyone feelings. Things are shown with great decency and positiveness . Respect for one another is hardly lost. I have watched around 30 kdramas . In my list Start Up and that winter the wind blows are quite highly placed. Flower of evil, my contracted lover ( may be Chinese) are quite good. The world of married can give 440 volts shocks to almost every married couple.
THE WORLD OF THE MARRIED 💯 Best "affair" kdrama I've ever watched.... Unexpected jaw-dropping at EVERY episode with perfect casts (even the son, the future "LeeMH", acting better than LeeMH)
To me Mr Sunshine is by far the best drama on this list. Everything is perfect and i really mean everything! And it has one of my favorite OST named "Shine your start"

I've watch most of the dramas in this list but nothing can top Mr.Sunshine. It is really a work of art. Everything was perfect. The cinematography are top notch. At first, I was reluctant to watch it because I just finished cloy at the time. But I regretted to not watch it sooner. It is LEGENDARY. It has indeed set the bar high for other kdramas for me. No hate but for me, Mr.Sunshine is better than cloy. Just saying. Don't bash me in the comment section ok

I'm seriously astonished after seeing that no one is talking about the masterpiece, HOTEL DEL LUNA!!!!! Like seriously, man ?????!!!!!! Hotel Del Luna is a must watch, guyssss !!!!! Y'all will fall in love with ManChan couple and JMW's wardrobe !!!! Go for it !!! You're missing something in Kdrama industry if you haven't watched HDL yet.

I would have loved the drama thousand times better if they had just shown the main romance between those two rather than with this guy.. I forget their names..
Mr. Sunshine set the bar really high for korean dramas. I was a wreck after I finished it and I am still shook how this drama affected me lol. Glad I found it on netflix and this is by far the best k-drama for me. It's a shame that it isn't really recognized by international audiences. Definitely a must-watch series because it is such an epic masterpiece.
It's really good. I recommended this show to my friends (they don't like historical dramas) and after they watched it they said that it's the best kdrama ever lol. Be ready to prepare some tissues tho the plot gets heavier as the episodes progress. Enjoy!
I thought I couldn’t move on from “Crashing Landing On You”, but then I forced myself to watch “It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” and now I can’t find anything better other than watching their behind the scenes on TH-cam 😭
As far as I know "Jewel In The Palace" was still on the highest spot on k-drama of all time. Since it was really known not only in Asia but even in the Western countries too.
Their is no drama like ""CRASH LANDING ON YOU "" It is best 💯 of all and nobody will be disappointed after watching it.... Your heart will melt watching the chemistry between leads Hyunbin and Son Yejin and even supporting caste did so well ❤ and it was my first K Drama ❤

I love great scenes in k-dramas. One of the best I've seen is in Itaewon Class, ep 9 starting at 57.48 on Netflix. The actress does a phenomenal job in this scene. It's worth watching even if you don't watch the rest of the series.
‘Crash landing on you’ is one of the best I have watched, got me in tears and brought lots of heartwarming scenes, and ‘it’s ok not to be ok’ which is still running on Netflix is showing lots of potential with its depth and look into human psychology ;D
It's not as good as Signal (not even close). You could tell who the bad guy was the moment he was introduced (little suspense). I love the two main actors, in particular the female lead, though.
Mr. Sunshine is one of my ultimate favorite kdramas. So so good. The ending though... 😭 Itaewon Class, Crash Landing On You, and What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim are all up high on my list. If you haven’t seen these they are a must!

Everyone has different taste. But no matter age or gender, I'd like to recommend Reply 1988 to everyone. I'd say that don't think too much and give it a try if you've time. The warmth you'll feel is unexpected. It'll make you miss your childhood of 80's which you might never had.

You know kdramas r so addictive- you can hardly rank them. Many of them are superb in their own way. Of course romance is always their topmost agenda. But they way, a man and woman in love emote themselves shakes everyone feelings. Things are shown with great decency and positiveness . Respect for one another is hardly lost. I have watched around 30 kdramas . In my list Start Up and that winter the wind blows are quite highly placed. Flower of evil, my contracted lover ( may be Chinese) are quite good. The world of married can give 440 volts shocks to almost every married couple.

So many dramas are better if you look at things at a technical stand point. Example: Signal
아이피구렛 there are many that are better from a storytelling standpoint. Stranger, Goblin, Mr Sunshine just to name a few off the top of my head.

I've watch most of the dramas in this list but nothing can top Mr.Sunshine. It is really a work of art. Everything was perfect. The cinematography are top notch. At first, I was reluctant to watch it because I just finished cloy at the time. But I regretted to not watch it sooner. It is LEGENDARY. It has indeed set the bar high for other kdramas for me. No hate but for me, Mr.Sunshine is better than cloy. Just saying. Don't bash me in the comment section ok

Mr. Sunshine set the bar really high for korean dramas. I was a wreck after I finished it and I am still shook how this drama affected me lol. Glad I found it on netflix and this is by far the best k-drama for me. It's a shame that it isn't really recognized by international audiences. Definitely a must-watch series because it is such an epic masterpiece.

It's really good. I recommended this show to my friends (they don't like historical dramas) and after they watched it they said that it's the best kdrama ever lol. Be ready to prepare some tissues tho the plot gets heavier as the episodes progress. Enjoy!

I love great scenes in k-dramas. One of the best I've seen is in Itaewon Class, ep 9 starting at 57.48 on Netflix. The actress does a phenomenal job in this scene. It's worth watching even if you don't watch the rest of the series.

‘Crash landing on you’ is one of the best I have watched, got me in tears and brought lots of heartwarming scenes, and ‘it’s ok not to be ok’ which is still running on Netflix is showing lots of potential with its depth and look into human psychology ;D

It's not as good as Signal (not even close). You could tell who the bad guy was the moment he was introduced (little suspense). I love the two main actors, in particular the female lead, though.
