    영상 잘 봤습니다.
    전반적으로 아쉬움이 많이 남네요.
    저 설비에 얼마나 생산될까 의문이 듭니다.
    정신없이 일해야 되는 라인들인데 너무 널널하네요
    우리 공장 한번 보여드리고 싶네요
    많지만 몇가지만 말씀드릴께요
    성형틀 저러면 물 안빠져서 물러집니다. 옆에도 물이 빠져야 됩니다.
    보자기는 저렇게 벗기면 능률 안오릅니다.
    압착되고 반전기 사용해서 바로 보자기 벗기고 절단하고
    용기에 담아 바로 컨베이로 이송해서 포장되어야 됩니다.
    전체적인 생산설비라인에 맞춰서 작업자들의 동선들을 수정해야 될 듯합니다.

    국산콩소개하면서 콩씻는건 수입콩이네요

      국산콩은 얼마안되서 대량생산이 불가할것입니다. 거의 시중두부는 수입콩 입니다.

    어딜 봐서 최첨단이라는건지....;;;; 사람이 두부 컷팅하고 직접 나르고 딱히 최첨단이라는 느낌은 없네요. 설비는 파손되어 있고 곳곳에 녹과 기름떼...바닥엔 항상 물천지...식품하는 입장에서 관리가 잘 되고 있다고 보여지진 않습니다;;;

    근데 수제 두부랑 기계두부랑 뭔 차이인가요?
    시장의 손두부하고는 뭔 차이인가요?
    시장 손두부로 연간 몇억 벌었다는 곳보다 더 워생적인것같은데 맛이나 영양의 차이인가요?

      It's a lot! If you make it at home, you'll be surprised how much water is needed!

    What is the shelf life of this tofu after packing.
