    Great details. I'm 60 and not as flexible as I was 20 years ago obviously. When doing my max weight or adding 5 lbs to it, I find my ass has a tendency to lift off the bench even with my feet in a proper position. Should legs not be tight along with my core when lifting?

    I would appreciate if you go more into detail in the next video how to bench press or how to execute the bench press with long femurs, long arms and legs. How to bench press safely with long arms and dont fu... up the shoulders? Should I press in a straight line or in a j-curve towards the rack over my face? another confusing point is foot placement with long legs, in front but then my knees are over my hip joint or tucked in but thats a lot of stress on the lower back because of the arch!? Thanks

    So I've been stuck on 225 for 2-4 reps what can I do to get a 315 bench. I'm currently only doing ohp bench curls and Skull crushers.

      Probably start working everything. Especially lats. Also occasionally do some high rep sets after your top sets. Always helped me. Saw a study over a decade ago that said a set of 20-30 after heavy sets can help in the long run to improve one rep max. Cant remember why, but being strong in every rep range will help for heavy singles
