ThankYou for this. Just bought this 2nd hand from marketplace and didn’t have the instructions. Unfortunately, they gave 2 extra fasteners and left out 1 red hubcap smh. I superglued it so hopefully that works until I find a more permanent/safer fix. Maybe a pencil top eraser superglued might work.
