Every word from this man is calculated. He wants to be a leader, and he deserves the position. And with that, comes speaking like a leader - everything he says influences those that are below him. He needs to commit and believe before the people that look up to him can commit and believe. He inspires the direction of the club, and I admire him for staying true to that and speaking with a level of responsibility. It’s what the boys need right now.

We all do this in life. We talk about how good we can do things, but on the other hand, doing those things differently. Ronaldo is a legend, but let’s not get it twisted, this is the man that be throwing hands everywhere when you don’t pass the ball to him. This is the same guy that don’t pass and choose to shoot when it’s impossible to score. So when Greenwood listen to him giving a good talk like this, but do differently in the game as we all have seen, it’s difficult for Greenwood. I swear, I been there. The experienced players always demanding the ball to be passed to THEM , if you choose another option, they go wild. I don’t know man, I don’t know.
There will never be another Ronaldo and I’m glad to be alive to witness this & growing up watching this amazing talent perform to the highest level and still perform at nearly 37 🔥! When he’s 50 he will probably performing like a prime 30 😯
This man is is speaking nothing but facts and you can tell he loves the club and winning . his mentality is in the right place and hopefully young united players can learn from him. Big word there is CONSISTENCY definitely lacking from this united squad for a long time now.
To all Ronaldo fans, Goodbye. I’ve had a long think about it and I have come to a conclusion that I don’t love Ronaldo anymore. He's just a dive and penalty merchant. I’ve decided to support Messi, a real footballer. Time to finally watch some greatness. Goodbye
I almost read all the 2K comments and it seems like everyone is on board with Cristiano being the mentality monster with a genuine attitude towards the game and to the club. My favourite was, “unless it doesn’t come from heart it doesn’t make any difference and younger people have to have the will to ask and listen from experienced players like him and Cavani” Not a single person could find a single word out of the context with this interview because he spoke from heart. Let’s be honest he could have easily gone to City and would have 30 goals in a season, already, top of the league, serious contender for UCL and many more things. Instead, he chose United because of his through and through love for the club.
That's why he's ruined the club you were top 4 last year and now that he's back it's not looking good he's come home to possibly be playing conference League football
Hes a Real Madrid lad through and through. He played his best football there, won the most trophies and balon dors there, his trademark celebration is in spanish. Hes got a special place in bis heart for man utd but loves real madrid to the core
If he is a ManUre lad through and through why did he go to Madrid? Only reason he ended up at United was because Juventus didn't want him, Madrid didn't want him and his agent tricked United into taking him.

MUFC belongs in the top 4, and MUFC will need to get rid of some players, (who have poor mentalities), before they'll be able to achieve what they're capable of. Good on him. @@HarryKanee Nah its the manager change. The board are so cheap cos they wasted all their money on Pogba's weekly salary and the signing of Jadon Sancho
Honestly, I can't understand anyone whom find CR7 a problem at Man Utd. This man is doing absolutely everything he can to help his team. When critics say CR7 cannot play a pressing game, you see immediately he step up in his chasing of every ball in his next few games, even though he should be conserving his energy as a striker to make darting runs past defences. And the fact that he is willing to do that despite his status and age is admirable. His Man Utd team mates find CR7 mentality a problem because they are all very happy just playing mediocre football every week while drawing their sky-high salaries.😂 - From a Liverpool fan.
@@Musicienne-DAB1995 Yes pressing is not a right mentality it will make player tired ....some time pressing sometime defending and countering is useful in front line needs too much energy so energy should be stored
The guy is scoring important goals and most of the goals for the team! So he isn't the problem if he is healthy and fit. I also don't think the other players find any issue with CR7. It's just rumours that other players don't like him. The issue is some of the other players not showing up and playing at the level they should be playing. The other issue is the need to sign more committed and quality players to the team, instead of just big names for the sake of marketing promotion.

Listening to Ronaldo confirms to me I'm on the right path, the things he says, are the things I say to my family but they take no notice. people looking for a magic pill to solve everything when everything they want is all ready within them & is in everyone of you, you just have to want it more than the person who is already at the top their game, if you have that mindset, it is impossible not to succeed. Will you fail, yes it's part of the process, it will help you become more resilient & consistent. I've noticed that most people always want to take the short cut, & everything they do has to be quick & easy for example, not many people like to walk the long way to the shop, even though the long way would be much better for them in the long run. If you're life is not going in the direction you like, it's on you to find a way, if you want a 6pack you can't get somebody else to do you're sit ups for you. & if you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

I have always been a huge CR7 for me his the GOAT, the mentality he has is incredible. As a GUNNERS FAN I can say that mentality is everything, everyone needs to be pulling in the right direction to be successful, I mean look at what Mikel Arteta has instilled in terms of mentality, attitude, and performances out from our squad. Uniteds' downfall is going to come down to mentality and belief, I mean half those players genuinely lack a winning mentality and are willing to get stuck in and buy into this project. I look at Pogba, that man has one interest and that is himself, I mean there is a reason he had a falling out with Jose and eventually United chose the player(s) over the manager. Truly I ask myself what did Pogba come back to United for? Genuinely it is a mystery.

Great genes and the ultimate professional. I bet he’s a Schrute
Compare this to his first interview where he couldn't speak english, he has become such a goat. Everyone needs this motivation to push themselves forward.
'' The guys who give up are the guys who are weak mentally'' - Very well said.
Never met a player like him... he is so honest and he knows they nee to change and improve... the man would be even the greatest manager of all time, wait and see
He wouldn’t be a good coach because he is a perfectionist and the best player imagine coaching people you can play better as and not putting effort in as you!very hard
I doubt you've ever met him
God bless CR7 I absolutely love this amazing footballer he is the definition of optimism and hard work. He’s mentality is priceless absolutely Golden.
Mentality of a player and a manager.. What a great man🔥
After this interview “I believe “ is now my favorite phrase 😂
It turns out the "problem" at Manchester United is the only one that upholds the standards of the club in this squad
The goat
I Remember what he did in the world cup against Spain. He never gives up. He is a true soldier and i believe he is capable of beating all teams in the world.
THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME. I think he’s the best athlete the world has ever encountered.🐐🐐
You clearly have never encountered Messi yet lol
@@adrianodefreitass lol the guy with one league in the easiest league🤣🤣🤣
And Jordan as well
He is spot on…great advice but m sure players from opponents gonna take and feel his assessment more seriously than man u players
That's what I feel as well
I'm a Liverpool fan but I must say I respect everything Christiano just said and my estimation of him as a man has just sky rocketed, already admired him as a footballer but he speaks from his heart. YNWA
imagine having this man in your changing room and not wanting to listen and take notes on everything he has to say. He's playing CF, how do you expect him to impact the game if he's not getting any service, on the graveyard shift. FEED THE GOAT.
Gary Neville fed the Goat…
