Same here! I’ve been doing that since I was 19! Never fails! Almost 20 years later and still works! When I start feel groggy like a cold is coming on I pop one pill and go to sleep. The next morning I am better. I have never called in sick to work since I was 19.

I was wondering where I've seen you before but now I figured You're also known as Dr. Landivar for the Latino community!! Great info tho. I suffer from pulmonary hypertension and I usually get really sick Like pneumonia, rhinitis and chronic bronchitis during the winter. I'm looking for things that will boost my immune system. I've been to different drs but they literally don't have an answer just pain meds and inhalers. It's really frustrating.

Echinacea works by stimulating your body to produce more white blood cells. Your white blood cells are the fighter cells of your body. There are different kinds of white blood cells and they work together as a team to surveillance your body for intruders (bacteria, viruses, fungus, parasites). The first line of defense finds the intruders, then they alert the eatter white blood cells, then if those can’t handle it, then they call for backup etc. This all happens before your body starts having a fever. When you body starts having a fever then it is kind of the last step that your body is finally saying “let’s burn these m*fkers” A fever isn’t necessary bad because most bacterias can’t survive past a certain temperature so your body is purposefully doing it to “burn these m*fkers”

I just tested positive for covid and felt horrible earlier. (Chills, headache, slight fever, groggy) I popped one capsule and now feel almost back to normal.
