1 SOUP + 2 DISHES | Rice Cooker Soup with Homecooked Chinese Stir Fry Dishes

*Recipe [Serves two very hungry humans]
Chicken and Daikon Soup:
800 ml of chicken stock
100 ml of mushroom water
300g chicken drumstick
200g daikon (white radish/白萝卜)
4 shiitake mushrooms *soaked
1 tbsp wolfberries *soaked
salt to taste
Stir Fry Cabbage:
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/4 of a cabbage
1/3 cup of onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Braised Pork with Potatoes:
2 medium potatoes
1 can of stewed pork ribs *I used the narcissus brand
