I do have a question, does ztp work inband ports (any other port than mgt)? Because they are by default switch ports.

The switch send the discover packet out of all interface

Yes Cisco's documentation provides limited examples for ZTP. My understanding is largely based on experimentation, so I strongly recommend extensive testing.
