I have been in need of much sleep plus everything else. My favorite videos to watch are relaxing but especially TH-camrs living in Japan as I love everything about it! You probably won’t read this book “Memoirs Of A Geshia”. I keep it as it is one I reread and one of my favorite books. I have seen the movie and it is good but books are more detailed. Happy that you are taking therapy. Something that is much needed. On my journey it has helped me but having a relationship with Jesus is healing me completely. I pray others with have a relationship with Him as well.
