Abby is a pure 200. Sprinter. Probably can go 400 too. 100 isn't her best. She needs to get out of the blocks quicker. Her top end speed and endurance is fantastic.
She has a tighter form than the other racers. A lot of their speed is lost in those extra small movements(side to side). Abby is 200+ sprinter. She reaches her top speed after 100. That right had clinch must give her focus.

As someone else said. Steiner is not an explosive starter, but she can keep a high constant speed for a greater distance. She should focus on the 200 and 400 meter races, that is where her constant speed will knock out other runners. And it does.

I'm starting to see how she's doing it. She doesn't let her arms swing past her body. So there's no motion going backward to slow her down. Everything is directed forward. Eventually, every runner is going to adopt this efficient form of running. Like the Fosbery Flop became standard for high jump, the Steiner Sprint will be the standard in years to come for sprinters.
