Hey Joanne, liked the show and the guest. My department head Sarah said she will be getting in touch with you shortly right before the end of the academic year which concludes in about 2 months she definitely will be looking to staff a position or 2. I will email you before. However, if I can just correct your guest on something its NOT a great idea to give through a will or last testament for the following reasons; In English common law that is practiced in Canada, America, UK, and Australia Wills can be contested in court by bill collectors, tax authorities, mistresses, children, and ex-wives. The most modern way to leave money or property is through a personal trust revocable or irrevocable. That is my experience from practicing law for over 20 years most wealthy people in rich countries establish a trust when they do NOT want the transfer to be contested in probate.
