Even though the house is concrete, the house is too close to the water, and plus, there's is no sand in between, t's just water and a small baracade in between the house and the water . If a strong huracan was to hit it, the house will be ok, but the pool the palm trees and the landscape will be destroyed. But the house is beautiful though.
