The reason the lead bloons were being popped is because of a recent change to the interaction with x-3-x crosspaths. After this change, the cleansing foam gets applied to the sentries, and the pin gets applied to the cleansing foam, slowing down bloons (im not sure about moabs)
I remember it used to apply a 50% slow to BADs but I dont remember if it got patched out or not

I felt like something like this was going on for the sentries, but I had no idea the cleansing foam was pinning bloons lol, that sounds OP for the early game
@@nojroomgaming for a short time cleansing foam could slow bads after this, its why engi was banned for the first few vortexes

Nojroom! For the future, make sure to get the middle path first, otherwise the Engineer won't be able to place Sentries in the increased range.
Nah, it's better to do top path first. That way the sentries can stay focused in the area that you want them to be rather than the engineer place them all the way out in Timbuktu.
I mean he rebought it with mid path first anyway so
really just depends on what you prefer

2-3-0 engis adds cleansing foam to the turrets and you can’t play even ranked with mods even if you don’t upload the time you need an external chronometer, but you can play normal mods so you don’t get flagged
I feel the Ace Paragon would be more in tune with the middle path if the Ability was capable of Stunning Bads Instead of Annihilating them, because Tsar Stuns Normally. Also, Unlike the Boat Pull/Engi Trap, the ability just deals flat Damage. Love the content though!
Bads are unable to be slowed (with the exception of the motor on workshop) and the only logical tower to be able to slow it is the glue or ice

This would be a cool mechanic, but I feel like what makes BADs special is that they can’t be slowed or stunned, so I think flat damage would be best. Sounds good for bosses too

The paragon actually does have the bottom path, but it’s in the form of pin

I think I know what's causing the jank losses and wins on a round.
When you continue, I'm pretty sure cooldowns reset to a different time left than before, so I think continuing re-syncs all the boosts to the same time so they stack and do better.
And also the blue village gives Benjamin's biohack, which *stops anything from attacking* for an entire 2 seconds. There was no plasma on screen when the DDTs got past at the end of the 5-5-5's 252

Great video. Video idea take all the 5-5-5 (that have paragon counterparts) vs their paragons and see which can last longer team 5-5-5 or team paragon (without buffs also paragons have to be less than degree 50
The paragon engi is a 6-2-3 with some 5th tier middle path stuff.

I know you have mods (duh). Heavily recommend a paragon level previewer (also works for VTSG). Very convenient mod that honestly should be in game.

Ik I'm kinda late to comment here, but I've only recently started watching you. All paragons have all their paths included (you could only argue that mid boomer isn't included in the paragon) but engie's bottom path definitely is included. You focus too much on the trap, but engie pins MOABs, as well as he shoots 4 projectiles at once if I remember correctly. The trap would be hard to balance and calculate with tiers. I love your content, you have a cool humor and I love these stupid wording fails like in the 555 boat when you said something like "and when they get up close with him he's gonna get them from the bottom" and then the immediate realization and regret lmao. Keep up the great work

6:44 what happened here is that for some reason when a bloon hits the foam while its travelling it interrupts the foam’s movement and causes it to place in a different position.
im pretty sure that the overclock and ultraboost doesnt affect the attack speed of sentries but it does increase the spawn rate, but it normally has 4 or 5 sentries at a time

A Sentry Champion benefits from buffs more than any other tower because it not only buffs the Engineer but also all the Sentries
lol the engineer 230 sentry's can pop lead from the foam upgrade and overlaps with the expert sentry's and you have a red/yellow/black/white sentry and above it a normal one with lead popping

Hey, don’t forget that the paragon can ultraboost itself to 600% attack speed. Maybe that could make a difference.
6x attack speed is super good
The vengeful vullage makes buffs this guy way more than the others bc it gave buffs that the sentries nornally dont get to them including all of em having overcock, if u buffed him normally he would still be really good but not nearly as strong.
Also u should have gotten more engis, even 100s would work cuz u need a specific amount of upgrades as well

I actually like your videos most other Bloons TH-camrs who use mods like this end up using like 2 or 3 towers max but I like that you abuse the mods
Ninja kiwi sayed after releazing the first paragons,that not every paragon will be 100% accurat to the base tower upgrades (example:plasma apex master not having anything related with the plasma fan club),and even if the engineer paragon have a bloontrap that can suck moabs,it would be a worst rip-off of the navarch of the seas
also dont use benjamin ability

Cleansing foam applies to its turrets
Idea for ace paragon, since the buccanear paragons ability does target bads but only one at a time, have an ability on the ace called Bunker Buster, it hits the the strongest ballon on screen, does initial damage, waits 2-3 seconds, then explodes causing AOE damage
When boomerang rerun with alch buff
In the end of this serie make a video getting all 5-5-5 towers in one game
Actually from what I’ve seen, the paragon does get some of the bottom path. Mainly the double guns, and pin but amplified.
Instead of 2 guns like 4-6 I think? And pin can pin MOAB bloons (minus the bad)
That still doesnt meet the paragon all t5 criteria

I think the engi paragon could go more to the suport side, with something like a stronger ultraboost or extra ultraboost stacks and his trap pops helping new paragons like the geraldo's totems, giving more excelency points instead of eating bads

Pro tip if you're lacking money: you can place more than a single farm. And even though the 5-5-5 farm does make more money than a 5-2-5, it's not THAT much more that it's not still worth it to place a few 5-2-5's so you never gotta worry about money

Surprisingly, the engineer lost at round 252 which is the same as ninja in the previous video before getting the paragon.

In btd5 engineer was my favorite but in btd6 my favorite is mage monkey when he gets the ghost balloons just the coolest in the game 🤣

Well technically the master builder was not fully buffed , it boosts itself every round and it takes around 60 rounds for the master builder to be max buffed
The sentry paragon takes time to ultra boost him so he wasnt in hes max
Guy doesn't collect a full trap immediately and wonders why bloons were getting past on 103
what if the ace paragon top paths darts turn into the bottom paths bombs and seek while the bottom paths normal attack is the tsar bomba. that would be op. plus the stun.
So a lot of major things that threw this off.
1 lv98 paragon is significantly weaker than a 100. Every 20 levels it gets a major bump in stats.
2 the paragon “ultra boosts” itself infinitely every round. So starting it on 252 when you could easily afford it on round 100 and give it 150 rounds of extra stats it would far surpass the 5-5-5. Like easily. I’ve made it to round 502 with just the engineer paragon.
These are common sense things lol
To the comment for the abilities of engineer and ace paragon: paragons should not have abilities to instakill bads. Navarch of the seas broke a line that wasn’t supposed to be broken. It causes all abilities to feel as if “well navarch got that ability so this one should too”

Nah if you do ranked I'm pretty sure you will just get momentarily banned and then warned. None ranked bosses though are completely fine. In fact. If you don't get caught you won't even get banned
The engineer paragon overclocks himself by 10% every round for 50 rounds, so if you really wanted to see his maximum potential, you would've had to have it up for at least that many rounds.
For 60 rounds
Also its max is 600% (6x times attack speed)
