What is killing our trees?

Something is killing the leaves of our trees. If you have any suggestions after viewing this video, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think that's the cicada damage where they lay their eggs before they die on the tree tips which drop off to the ground.

Been seeing that same thing in N IL, too. Lots of tips broken off and hanging dead.

Emerals Ash Borer. Look for places the bark is swelling.
