Not bashing you since you are not used to this. Don’t leave your waist or fresh inputs open in colder weather. Keep everything disconnected. Dalevig is right about the tarp skirt and if you are in full hook ups add a small electric heater under the trailer. We sometimes need to burn a small can of oil or diesel under our trucks just to start. Sorry -10c is not what I consider cold. Now -40 is cold no matter how you look at it.
Wrap your water hose with a heat tape and wrap that with insulation tape and two layers of pipe insulation. You won't have water lines frozen again. That procedure works in Montana in the winter.
Always pull the Tank Valves open in the Winter. It is -4 in Mo right now which is unusually cold and Our Black and Grey tanks NEVER freeze. An RV Water Heater does, well the Line do anyway. Always run a tiny stream of water from cold side and even smaller from hot side so as not to over work your Water heater but also to keep your Hot water line open as well.
Our gray tanks valves are open and our sewer line is frozen. That was from the running water at sinks. I will get the heated tape to try and correct the frozen sewer line and the put it in a heated cover. Not sure how to unfreeze the pipes at this point
Sorry to hear that. It is strange that the whole sewer line froze with just a small amount of water trickling down the hose. I would try a heat gun for thawing for best results. A Hair Dryer will work. Or a Propane Bullet heater@@CrossCountryLiving
Put a cheap tarp around the bottom of your trailer to protect the water lines inside your trailer. That's only a temporary fix but it helps.

you needed to have heat tape around all of the pipes.
How do you get the heat tape around the pipes in the underbelly?
you want to talk about Freezing then try being homeless living in a non working suv in 20 degree weather with no heat
