Hello Jamal. Thanks for this video. I have a question: which plc's can be programmed with the Codesys app? I know Allen Bradley software but I am totally new in Codesys. Thanks
Hi Jamal, thanks for the video. Do you know if there's a way the calculate inverse transformations with SoftMotion? Eg: I want to place a robot hand in certain position and a function would give me back the angles of the axis
I haven't looked into that domain yet. Personally i would always like to keep the PLC part & Robot control part seperate for articulated robot, except Gantry robots with 3 axis makes sense to control totally with PLC. If i ever program articulated robot with Codesys i will share the experience.
thanks for your information. Please is there one library to control step motor inside to codesys by pwm ? The idea is to make the motion control with step motor without feedback.
I haven't looked into that domain but i have an idea. Can you turn your Raspberry Pi into a Codesys PLC, buy a cheap 10-15€ mini servo motor & then do the PWM test. I would suggest both open loop & closed loop control. If i ever do that kind of test i will share the experience.
There are tons of tutorial on Udemy which teaches Ladder, i would suggest not to learn Ladder at all, try to learn ST and work with ST only. Ladder is a bad practice.
You're doing amazing work, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Nice video. Well done!
Oh yes, fine work you did ..... Give me more of this :) Helped a lot, thank you :)
Thanks Jamal.

how I can control the torque of a servomotor with this library??
Nice video but, can you make another video using ladder linguage?TKS

sir how can write ladder for servo motor in codess ladder laungage
First of all "never program in Ladder diagram". There are lots of resources online on Structured Text. Learn programming with ST.
Hi Jamal,
Can you share the code that you copy paste?
