Brendon Small is walking proof that a max-Charisma build doesn't require you to be visually striking at all. Dude looks like any random guy you'd stand in line behind at a gas station, and yet he's both an incredible comedy writer and also a phenomenal musician. Dude's a stealth talent, you'll never see him coming until he's shredding guitar at you while simultaneously creating a new show about how he did so.
This man is grossly underrated.

hello! a great way to learn how to alternate pick if you haven't already is to use a thinner pick and practice some songs that require alternate picking. Pantera has helped me a lot with my picking technique! hope this helped 4 years later lol.

Looks like he has about 10 or so pedals on his board in this video. I think I spot a Wampler Triple Wreck pedal in the back left corner. Has a wah/volume, possibly a chorus, overdrive, etc. Looks like your typical metal guitarists pedalboard.

His song sounds amazing my guy, just because YOU don’t like certain things he does doesn’t mean others feel the same way. Appreciate this for what it is, what you hear in the studio version was probably an edited version of the best of hundreds of takes. Live music is different
