Kashmiri bakery style coconut cookies! A must try delight!
Ingredients used:-
10 Egg whites
Dessicated coconut- 270gms
Sugar- 550gms
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Vegetable oil- 50ml
Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees
Bake the Coconuts at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Coconut is my favourite snack. Jan Bakers, Dalgate, Srinagar used to make the best coconuts in the past, don't know about nowadays. I believe Coconut shouldn't be crispy, it should have sort of elasticity.
