Awesome work and videos! You are helping me a lot with lower back pain, Also creating consciousness on my breathing. Thanks a lot and greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
Ian, thank you for your work. Your channel has provided me a lot of insights for my PT practise in Germany that I would not be able to get elsewhere around here. I also recommended your contents to several clients for self-education purposes and preparation for sessions. Keep up the good work! Cheers to Jordan for sharing this coaching session, it has provided me with a lot of new insights that i can connect to my existing puzzle if you know what I mean. Is he giving workshops for practitioners in the future? Thank you
Wonderful stuff coach ! a big thank to both of you, especially for sharing it to anybody!! a quick question, though: should we leave space around the lower back during these breating drills ? I get that movement in that area should occur more by hip flexion rather that making the lumbar spine longer. Did putting you feet away created more room under the lumbar ? Is that space filled up when you start to crunch in the segmented spine drills ? Thank for any insight
Unfortunately not. Feel free to reach out to him directly. We also integrate flobility into our online programming which you can find at markowtrainingsystems.com
Thank you for sharing guys

Focus on what is going on in the frontline. Do not flatten your back. The natural curve of the lower back is maintained in all Flo drills
