Just me but, Agency (armour supply, extra weapons, snacks, Dre contract for an easy mill, and quick 100k pay phone hits), Kokasta for obvious reasons, sparrow to make the Cayo Perico Heist 10x easier, oppressor MK 2, and either an acid lab or karuma for set ups
I agree, it handles amazingly, it’s easy to correct when you do get a little over excited power sliding round corners, it’s fairly fast and makes road blocks feel like speed bumps when you’re trying to outrun a 4 or 5* wanted level. The only advantages the Karuma has is 4 seater and you can shoot in a 360 direction where the duke is limited in its field of shooting angles. I’ve also just purchased the thruster, it is fairly fast for an air vehicle and can get you to places helicopters can’t.
Armoured Kuruma was my first purchased vehicle. And Sparrow is the fastest helicopter, I often use it for long travels and long-range missile strikes. As for Weapons, I'd add that Up-n-Atomizer is very handy too. You never know when and what you'll need to force free from surroundings - stuck vehicles, yourself, and more.
I really like the ceo abilities to drop ammo for $1000 for the rail gun instead of spending $10,000+ for it and it spawns right in front of you which is really convenient
I couldn’t agree with this more, yes it caps out at 109 mph while flying but still cuts most missions / heist setup times in half. It would be the first serious vehicle I’d get if I had to start over
Agency? I don't really see any benefit of that. It does not help me, only those calls from lamar from time to time if I am not in a mission but... I am most of the game time during some mission so I miss those calls.
This guy is completely right 👍 As a solo gta online player i would recommend you guys that don't waste your money blindly at the initial time money is really hard to grind as a solo player after grinding money through hardwork just buy kuruma and purchase acid lab truck it would help you to make 200k per day easily then purchase ceo office

to be honest the sparrow is better than the buzzard just because the sparrow is more agile and you can consistently shoot missiles at a faster rate and it can outrun npc helicopters and other vehicles that’s what I use to get around the map
I agree. I use my Buzzard as backup but the Sparrow is my go to for air travel. Outruns any other heli. I just try to keep it away from gun fights or npc cars on the street.
Thruster with its broken hit box makes it good when oppressors are chasing you and can't hit you. Plus that thing takes off super fast and lands anywhere. You can call it in as personal vehicle ao quick spawn from inventory tab. Its fast as well. I have buzzard, oppressor mrk2 and thruster. Fun is variety. I agree you need the buzzard. It always spawns so close to you as well. Pro tip if you are at the docks don't spawn it in under bride or you will have a long walk/run.
Apart from the businesses you mentioned the first purchase for me was the karuma & the buzzard then from there that’s when the businesses get bought, I still use the kuruma as a everyday vehicle even after buying loads of rubbish but the car has helped me no end in making money, weapons I love the bulpup, I think that’s spelt wrong and I must agree with your weapon choices as well , thanks for your great content keep up the good work..

Was always fan of the Buzzard (and still am) but on my new char I saved a little bit more to get the Kosaka with the Sparrow. Spawning isn’t as good as with the Buzzard but close enough. The vehicle that made my life easy from the start is the Kuruma. Shootouts outside are like cheating and I am so glad you don’t need to do the heist anymore to get it (on Xbox series X that is) You can still get the railgun for free with a custom job. Look for it. Great weapon
Best spawn not closest spawn. I never sayd closest. Sparrow : +Close spawn. - Damages fast (even with landing a bit to hard) and don’t touch a streetlight or anything with the blades +Perfect for heist prep because of Kosaka +No missile cooldown - need to remember to return vehicle after use because it will not respawn most of the time (I find this so annoying) Buzzard : +smooth landing and stable flying + can respawn fast everywhere + faster to get to in menu -slower than Sparrow -missile cooldown +spawn from office roof That is how I see it. Need both but still will go for the Buzzard whenever I can

@@Eskii_NZL fun to play and it pays off half the building pretty much, after that u could always do a 60k contract that takes like 3-5 minutes or do the pay phone hits but u need to complete the challenge on pay phone hits to get 85-100k in like 5 minutes
the best business for solo players in no-doubt the nightclub, ez 50K every 48 min. and ofcourse the underground storage that ears you some free cargo, the agency for the dre contracts is probalby 3rd, 2nd is ceo. As in cars, the karuma is great for pve and setups, the kosatka is an east moneymaker for cayo perico. and a nightshark is pretty explosive resistant, but an acid lab is stonger, and easy sesuplyable, and you only named ceo...
i would add the up-n-atomizer if you have ever been doing a delivery and got stuck this will save your life shoot it just in front of your vehicle and it should bounce up & backwards it can also blow fence panels off so if you died on a mission and respawned outside the fence no need to run around looking for a gate
the oppresor mk2 is a great investment as long as you arent using it for the wrong reasons its a great vehicle to help grind heists setups like casino heist and cayo perico and many more things its useful for
started with these items in this order and I have made over 300 million and have all the properties that are useful to make passive money and grind efficiently. A lot of people forget that the point of this game is to make money efficiently not just buy crap. But to each their own. Also run cayo on my 2nd character to maximize my money. Guns. Motorcycle. Sub. Night club with all the necessary upgrades. Night club already comes with the purchase. Mc to sell the bikes. Terrabite. Mk2. Bank with all cargo warehouse. Acid lab. Auto shop to sell the cars. Agency for the for the contract and the passive income.
The only thing i'd add is the scuba suit as an outfit. This helps a TON in the Cyo Parico vault scout mission, you can just swim around most of the enemies instead of sneaking. Oh, also, not sure you mentioned but the Buzzard attack chopper is good, too! 😛
As a day one player, I know all this but still watched. It’s interesting to see what people are looking at nowadays. The kosatka is 100% the best investment. I’d scrap everything else and save up for that plus the sparrow before anything simply because that will allow you to get everything else on the list much faster. Edit: Get the missile for the kosatka too if you want to skip the crappy merryweather weapon missions.
@@subscribefortacos just fire up the missile and hit the Merryweather chopper and you get another target for that mission. New session is another solution for that. Both solutions have a risk of having Merryweather hw mission again (and again and again... I had it 10 times in a row once :(), but the difference is in your setup. If you use sparrow, probably new session is faster. If you use oppressor (so, after recon you are just parking kosatka at the beach next to the pier and use mk2 for the speed of oppressor), you don't want to restart it and switch to sparrow and fly through the whole city and then be chased by choppers. You want to fly fast, land easily, do the job, fly fast back and have it done. And then missiles are timesaver.
I agree except on the missiles, which I have no experience with since I use a different strategy. I just started in December on the PS5 and since I barely remember my early GTA Online years ago when it first came out, so I'm going to say PS3 / PS4 stuff doesn't count. I went the Career route of the Nightclub, Special Carbine, and Hakuchou Drag, but I wished I had grabbed the Kuruma instead since it was hard to do time trials during the snow event for money. Now it is fine. Anyway, at this point I have enough money, that I've bought most every business to try them out and they mostly suck except for the perks. If you have the Nightclub, upgraded Acid Lab, and do Cayo periodically after getting the Kosatka and Sparrow when you want another $1 million plus, then you're probably set until you decide you LOVE the game and want to dig in for the long grind. As a former WoW and FFXIV player I can say that GTA Online does not respect the players time at all and is far more tedious, so you actively have to prevent yourself from getting sucked into just doing daily tedium moneymakers when you have time to play. The most fun is probably getting an Agency for the Payphone Hits, plus the Dr. Dre missions will pay for most of the cost and you can attach the Armory so you never have to go to an Ammunation ever again!!! The Bunker is nice for another accommodation location and research for the special ammo like exploding shells to use with the sniper. The Terrorbyte was a letdown, but you need it to modify the Oppressor, which ends up as your default vehicle most of the time outside missions where you can't use it. If you do decide to have warehouses for special delivery, then it makes zipping between them super fast and the MCT doesn't allow you to send warehouse people out, so, it is a good match. Buying warehouses and then eventually selling stock is again a LONG GAME and totally a waste unless you want to grind, look for sales and then special 2x or 3x sell week bonuses on supplies. You probably need to join a Crew if you intend to do all the heists other than Cayo as general public lobby randoms is ... well random. Do not buy the Arcade or Facility just because you want to do the associated heists until you have done the others.

I have to admit, that for solo player, the opressor mkII is important, bc you can register as president in your motorcycle club and spawn it right next to you. It's for me the best transport method. (Buzzard or Sparrow is good too).
I actually make money with the high stakes gambling using three card poker at the casino penthouse & can literally make +650k in a single hand when get a straight flush. The penthouse was literally the first thing I prioritized for each character on my 2nd and 3rd account/profile characters, & I don't regret it. After that, I prioritized the nightclub, & the agency for their respective passive incomes. Admittedly- I have almost no experience with the heists, & should probably check those out sometime.
@@subscribefortacos Same. ;) I'm far from expert, but have picked up the basics on the GTA 5 online version as I went along, & really- the most important things to understand are can make more in a single hand with three card poker, to change your outfit to quicksave when you win, & to quickly close out the game when you lose, or notice you have a poor hand; whichever comes first.
Kosatka, Sparrow, buzzard, bunker, acid lab, agency, virtue, raiju, hangar, nightclub, ceo vehicles or crates, deluxo, kuruma, khanjali, hunter, Savage, arcade, thermal and most of the imani tech and wearponized vehicles. Deluxo is good for water missions or the oppressor mk2, especially when u have 3 crates on a boat cross the sea ceo create mission, or u do a lot of agency missions
Honestly I think the number one solo investment is the nightclub. Yes it takes a lot to setup but its fully passive and is free money and pays for itself
The sparrow definitely outshines the buzzard. It is accessed in the kosatka, which gives the best heist available. Additionally, it is the fastest heli and, unlike the buzzard, gets countermeasures so you wont be shot out of the sky instantly by an oppressor
Like everything else I have in the game, my Kosatka is fully kitted out. It has Missiles, Mini-Sub and Torreador. And like your man here, I have done the Cayo Perico Heist literally hundreds of times. One of the missions in the Cayo Perico heist set ups involves flying to Merryweather HQ and following a helicopter most of the way across the map. With the missiles, you can destroy the heli to get an easier mission. The Mini-Sub is an absolute waste of time as the Torreador does everything the mini-sub does but is armed with rockets, bullets, radar and boost. It can also transfer from sea to land and back again. If you're gonna get the Kosatka, get the Torreador too......
The day I dropped the MC Routine was a big day for me as a new player I remember. As far as just business goes just the Bunker and Acid Lab is what I have. This is in addtion to CEO, Agency etc but as like a drug/weapon thing uts Bunker and Acid. Acid Lab may be pound for pound the best biz. I invest $96K to gross $335K ($351K now with product name 5% boost) for a $255K profit and less than 10 min of work. Plus the Acid sales are fun to do. The Bunker I sell at $420K 2 vehicles and 30 min is MORE THAN enough time even for the Marshalls. I also do Stash house everyday so depending which business the supplies go to, the first sale will add extra $60K profit (Acid) or $75K (Bunker). As a solo player it works out very good as I then have enough time to also do VIP missions and other shtuff
I feel for most solo players the master terminal is overrated simply because alot of us only sell one bar of supplies.. Considering you have to go to the busines to sell you can ressuply before every sell mission... If you like taking risks and sell full stock then sure.. it's a must have
I still love my Armoured Kuruma - they have lost relevance a bit because most players don’t think twice before blowing you up. If it took 3 shots it would almost be a fair fight against a weaponised vehicle
So I recently set up a completely new account on the Xbox One version of the game and you no longer need the CEO office or clubhouse to start up a ceo/biker club. You can just open your menu and start one up. Only thing is you have to give your ceo a name every time you open up the game again.
I think that the best car to get first is the armoured kuruma. Do the mission to get it at a discount. ...And the sparrow is a nice, fast heli (with missiles).
Personally I'd replace the arcade with either the nightclub or the Agency. Both are solo friendly businesses and can make a crap ton of money from them. I agree with the Buzzard though I personally have a distaste for the MK2 just bc of the toxicity that surrounds it so I to bought the Buzzard pretty early on and I barely and I mean like once every blue moon barely touch the MK2 lol
Jeeze! I've been playing all this time, just bought a Bizzard recently, didn't even know that once you own one, you can just spawn it anywhere as a CEO! Before that I had to pay $25,000 to take out say the Valkyrie's or else after I bought one you had to call Pegasus and drive out to their pad and get In it and chase down the Valkryies! That's gonna save me so much time🙄
The armoured kuruma or duke o death and the night club are also some good investment. I mean the night club can easily give you 100k+ every day I guess and selling the storage goods are just honus
Don't forget the timer for the cayo heist only applies to the character you did it with... so if you have kosatka on both characters you can do it back to back
I have to buy that arcade and try the terminal. I tried to use the one in terrorbyte but it's too much effort to my taste. But maybe I am using the wrong device. And free daily money is free daily money - passive income always welcomed :)
I find after you own every Business you end up spending more time buying supplies then anything else. The arcade has been massive for managing and making money
Great videos! One more must have for solo players is the Armored Karuma. I would also strongly suggest a Casino Penthouse for home base. The services are great. And I would pick the Agency as a high priority. Weapons shop, good passive money, and 3 ways to earn good cash in there. Also Acid Lab. Nightclub as well. 50k a day in passive income plus the business in the basement. It's a fun business to own too.
I will say for the arcade business, I like to buy the one closest to the casino. It's all about location. I've played the casino heist plenty of times, and when I join some, it boggles my mind that players buy the cheapest arcade all the way up in Plaeto Bay. I will say that buying a hangar and a good jet to spawn with will make things so much easier. Get the hangar at Fort Zancudo.
Sparrow, buzzard, and oppressor mk2 are probably the best time saving vehicle investments you can make but when those are on cooldown the oppressor is my savior because it has no cooldown and can spawn right next to you as an MC president.
In my opinion if you’re just starting out. Get the acid lab. Use profits from acid lab to get auto shop to run union depository contract then finally use all those to get kosatka and run Cato Perico. Then from there it’s up to you what you’d like to do. Special cargo and vehicle ware house or you could start up mc businesses with coke, meth and counterfeit cash you’ll be set to get the nightclub after that. I even forgot to mention the agency. Finish that Dr. Dre mission for 1 million
Gotta agree on the buzzard for sure. I use it for literally everything and it’s less than half the price of the oppressor Mk 2. ( especially now after update oppressor is almost 4 mill ) I spent the difference on upgrading my weed farm, counterfeit cash business, & bunker.
Thats a great top 5. I would also recommend the Auto Shop, cuz when you get that 3x money payout, those missions make you more money than anything BUT the Kosatka.
I think I'd say the Sparrow is definitely better than the Buzzard for anyone who plans to grind money through heists. The pure accessibility anywhere on the map including inside the kosatka as well as the fact that if it is destroyed it can be replaced for free in just 2 minutes. Not to mention its speed and ability to engage threats.
I would have picked nightclub over ceo office because of the amount it makes you while you are doing the cayo perico heist, I don't hardly use my ceo office anymore

The Best investment you can make is the Agency and an Oppressor MKII. With those two things you can easily make 1mil every 1hr 30min. Then you use that money to invest in a nightclub

Back in 2016 when I started my GTA Career thankfully didn't want to start in 2013 with looser money droppers on ps3. Anyway back to the point! My very first & second/Third investment was - CEO Office - 1 Large Create Warehouse - Buzzard Why Buzzard so that I don't spend 25k 24/7 via Ceo Vehicles. 2023 present day i officially have 5 large Warehouses with 250 million and level 1018
Most definitely get a nightclub and acid lab both of those are very good solo business with very easy sell missions but I recommend getting acid lab first because nightclub is on the expensive side for upgrading and setting up
Not talking about Vehicles I know a little a out this game but as beginner , but for me I would say kosatka =>agency => nightclub=> acidlab for the 5th I m really not sure I didn't try everything yet so I really don't know how it works but for now those are the best
For me, just for purely making my life easier no money making methods. I only use the agency’s armory bc it has everything i want. and also by the kitchen area in the agency there’s a place to restock on snacks. The MC clubhouse bc i can summon my oppressor MKII right next to me or my hakuocho drag and the sparrow is a nice backup for when my oppressor is unavailable
with the new price of opressor , just buy a sparrow fr , you won't hit a damn thing , is fragile , they both are but sparrow can be in the sub and spawn behind u like a serial killer right away and cheaper
Isn't the Kosatka+Sparrow like 4M? (Normal price) So you would probably need to make like 3 or 4 solo Cayo runs to get your money back. Not 1 or 2 as you said in the video. Still a good investment tho.
Personally, I would take the buzzard out and just use the sparrow on everything, as far as a solo player though, I think the auto shop is a good investment because of the union depository, and then doing the bank contract back and forth. You can make about 500k as a solo player, do it in between Cayo, and having the sparrow definitely helps to complete the missions
Honestly forget the buzzard. Buy the kosatka and get its sparrow with homing missles and flares. Much harder to shoot a sparrow down and you can spawn it just the same. Its also faster and better for cayo
Agency, nightclub, and submarine. Get every other business full of product and supplies, and have them feed your nightclub 24/7 no resupply needed ever again.
In my opinion The oppressor is key I Parkette right on the front of the sub park sub on land I can run the entire cayo 37 minutes after that I can blast around the city grinding tens of millions quick and easy It’s durability is unmatched and especially once you grind up so much money you’re gonna need it to start glitching Duffel bags on custom outfits
It is a good idea to fully fill your Arcade up with machines, because you can do it for free. The arcade comes with one machine, and you can just put free copies of that one into every slot and get the max 5k payout every in-game day. OK yeah, it's not a lot of money. But it is free money.

Rn I'm doing the nightclub,acid,cayo,& a small drug deliverys and I make sometimes up to 3+ mill a day. I use the buzzard instead of oppressor. Pretty good money for a solo player.

For solo players, the MKll is important. I fought the power on buying it for along time but it very convenient for missions and grinding money fast.

to be honest the sparrow is better than the buzzard just because the sparrow is more agile and you can consistently shoot missiles at a faster rate and it can outrun npc helicopters and other vehicles that’s what I use to get around the map
I agree. I use my Buzzard as backup but the Sparrow is my go to for air travel. Outruns any other heli. I just try to keep it away from gun fights or npc cars on the street.
I like the Buzzard, but the ease of driving the MK2 makes it my first choice.

I can't remember how to get the up-n-atomizier but that's definitely a weapon to get incase supply or sale vehicles get stuck.

Thruster with its broken hit box makes it good when oppressors are chasing you and can't hit you. Plus that thing takes off super fast and lands anywhere. You can call it in as personal vehicle ao quick spawn from inventory tab. Its fast as well. I have buzzard, oppressor mrk2 and thruster. Fun is variety.
I agree you need the buzzard. It always spawns so close to you as well. Pro tip if you are at the docks don't spawn it in under bride or you will have a long walk/run.
Apart from the businesses you mentioned the first purchase for me was the karuma & the buzzard then from there that’s when the businesses get bought, I still use the kuruma as a everyday vehicle even after buying loads of rubbish but the car has helped me no end in making money, weapons I love the bulpup, I think that’s spelt wrong and I must agree with your weapon choices as well , thanks for your great content keep up the good work..

Was always fan of the Buzzard (and still am) but on my new char I saved a little bit more to get the Kosaka with the Sparrow. Spawning isn’t as good as with the Buzzard but close enough.
The vehicle that made my life easy from the start is the Kuruma. Shootouts outside are like cheating and I am so glad you don’t need to do the heist anymore to get it (on Xbox series X that is)
You can still get the railgun for free with a custom job. Look for it. Great weapon

@@Eskii_NZL fun to play and it pays off half the building pretty much, after that u could always do a 60k contract that takes like 3-5 minutes or do the pay phone hits but u need to complete the challenge on pay phone hits to get 85-100k in like 5 minutes
the best business for solo players in no-doubt the nightclub, ez 50K every 48 min. and ofcourse the underground storage that ears you some free cargo, the agency for the dre contracts is probalby 3rd, 2nd is ceo. As in cars, the karuma is great for pve and setups, the kosatka is an east moneymaker for cayo perico. and a nightshark is pretty explosive resistant, but an acid lab is stonger, and easy sesuplyable, and you only named ceo...

if you have ever been doing a delivery and got stuck this will save your life shoot it just in front of your vehicle and it should bounce up & backwards
it can also blow fence panels off so if you died on a mission and respawned outside the fence no need to run around looking for a gate
the oppresor mk2 is a great investment as long as you arent using it for the wrong reasons its a great vehicle to help grind heists setups like casino heist and cayo perico and many more things its useful for
started with these items in this order and I have made over 300 million and have all the properties that are useful to make passive money and grind efficiently. A lot of people forget that the point of this game is to make money efficiently not just buy crap. But to each their own. Also run cayo on my 2nd character to maximize my money.

Motorcycle.
Sub.
Night club with all the necessary upgrades. Night club already comes with the purchase.
Mc to sell the bikes.
Terrabite.
Mk2.
Bank with all cargo warehouse.
Acid lab.
Auto shop to sell the cars.
Agency for the for the contract and the passive income.
The only thing i'd add is the scuba suit as an outfit. This helps a TON in the Cyo Parico vault scout mission, you can just swim around most of the enemies instead of sneaking. Oh, also, not sure you mentioned but the Buzzard attack chopper is good, too! 😛

As a day one player, I know all this but still watched. It’s interesting to see what people are looking at nowadays. The kosatka is 100% the best investment. I’d scrap everything else and save up for that plus the sparrow before anything simply because that will allow you to get everything else on the list much faster.
Edit: Get the missile for the kosatka too if you want to skip the crappy merryweather weapon missions.
When I get the merryweather hw mission I just switch to another invite only lobby and request again. How does the missile help?

New session is another solution for that.
Both solutions have a risk of having Merryweather hw mission again (and again and again... I had it 10 times in a row once :(), but the difference is in your setup.
If you use sparrow, probably new session is faster.
If you use oppressor (so, after recon you are just parking kosatka at the beach next to the pier and use mk2 for the speed of oppressor), you don't want to restart it and switch to sparrow and fly through the whole city and then be chased by choppers. You want to fly fast, land easily, do the job, fly fast back and have it done. And then missiles are timesaver.
I agree except on the missiles, which I have no experience with since I use a different strategy. I just started in December on the PS5 and since I barely remember my early GTA Online years ago when it first came out, so I'm going to say PS3 / PS4 stuff doesn't count. I went the Career route of the Nightclub, Special Carbine, and Hakuchou Drag, but I wished I had grabbed the Kuruma instead since it was hard to do time trials during the snow event for money. Now it is fine.
Anyway, at this point I have enough money, that I've bought most every business to try them out and they mostly suck except for the perks. If you have the Nightclub, upgraded Acid Lab, and do Cayo periodically after getting the Kosatka and Sparrow when you want another $1 million plus, then you're probably set until you decide you LOVE the game and want to dig in for the long grind. As a former WoW and FFXIV player I can say that GTA Online does not respect the players time at all and is far more tedious, so you actively have to prevent yourself from getting sucked into just doing daily tedium moneymakers when you have time to play. The most fun is probably getting an Agency for the Payphone Hits, plus the Dr. Dre missions will pay for most of the cost and you can attach the Armory so you never have to go to an Ammunation ever again!!! The Bunker is nice for another accommodation location and research for the special ammo like exploding shells to use with the sniper.
The Terrorbyte was a letdown, but you need it to modify the Oppressor, which ends up as your default vehicle most of the time outside missions where you can't use it. If you do decide to have warehouses for special delivery, then it makes zipping between them super fast and the MCT doesn't allow you to send warehouse people out, so, it is a good match. Buying warehouses and then eventually selling stock is again a LONG GAME and totally a waste unless you want to grind, look for sales and then special 2x or 3x sell week bonuses on supplies.
You probably need to join a Crew if you intend to do all the heists other than Cayo as general public lobby randoms is ... well random. Do not buy the Arcade or Facility just because you want to do the associated heists until you have done the others.

I have to admit, that for solo player, the opressor mkII is important, bc you can register as president in your motorcycle club and spawn it right next to you. It's for me the best transport method. (Buzzard or Sparrow is good too).

I actually make money with the high stakes gambling using three card poker at the casino penthouse & can literally make +650k in a single hand when get a straight flush. The penthouse was literally the first thing I prioritized for each character on my 2nd and 3rd account/profile characters, & I don't regret it. After that, I prioritized the nightclub, & the agency for their respective passive incomes. Admittedly- I have almost no experience with the heists, & should probably check those out sometime.

@@subscribefortacos Same. ;) I'm far from expert, but have picked up the basics on the GTA 5 online version as I went along, & really- the most important things to understand are can make more in a single hand with three card poker, to change your outfit to quicksave when you win, & to quickly close out the game when you lose, or notice you have a poor hand; whichever comes first.

The 3 vehicles I use the most seems to be the sparrow, oppressor mk2, and the hsw hakuchu drag
Kosatka, Sparrow, buzzard, bunker, acid lab, agency, virtue, raiju, hangar, nightclub, ceo vehicles or crates, deluxo, kuruma, khanjali, hunter, Savage, arcade, thermal and most of the imani tech and wearponized vehicles.
Deluxo is good for water missions or the oppressor mk2, especially when u have 3 crates on a boat cross the sea ceo create mission, or u do a lot of agency missions
Honestly I think the number one solo investment is the nightclub. Yes it takes a lot to setup but its fully passive and is free money and pays for itself
The sparrow definitely outshines the buzzard. It is accessed in the kosatka, which gives the best heist available. Additionally, it is the fastest heli and, unlike the buzzard, gets countermeasures so you wont be shot out of the sky instantly by an oppressor
But it explodes really easily

Like everything else I have in the game, my Kosatka is fully kitted out. It has Missiles, Mini-Sub and Torreador. And like your man here, I have done the Cayo Perico Heist literally hundreds of times. One of the missions in the Cayo Perico heist set ups involves flying to Merryweather HQ and following a helicopter most of the way across the map. With the missiles, you can destroy the heli to get an easier mission. The Mini-Sub is an absolute waste of time as the Torreador does everything the mini-sub does but is armed with rockets, bullets, radar and boost. It can also transfer from sea to land and back again.
If you're gonna get the Kosatka, get the Torreador too......

The day I dropped the MC Routine was a big day for me as a new player I remember. As far as just business goes just the Bunker and Acid Lab is what I have. This is in addtion to CEO, Agency etc but as like a drug/weapon thing uts Bunker and Acid. Acid Lab may be pound for pound the best biz. I invest $96K to gross $335K ($351K now with product name 5% boost) for a $255K profit and less than 10 min of work. Plus the Acid sales are fun to do. The Bunker I sell at $420K 2 vehicles and 30 min is MORE THAN enough time even for the Marshalls. I also do Stash house everyday so depending which business the supplies go to, the first sale will add extra $60K profit (Acid) or $75K (Bunker). As a solo player it works out very good as I then have enough time to also do VIP missions and other shtuff
I feel for most solo players the master terminal is overrated simply because alot of us only sell one bar of supplies.. Considering you have to go to the busines to sell you can ressuply before every sell mission...
If you like taking risks and sell full stock then sure.. it's a must have
I still love my Armoured Kuruma - they have lost relevance a bit because most players don’t think twice before blowing you up. If it took 3 shots it would almost be a fair fight against a weaponised vehicle
So I recently set up a completely new account on the Xbox One version of the game and you no longer need the CEO office or clubhouse to start up a ceo/biker club. You can just open your menu and start one up. Only thing is you have to give your ceo a name every time you open up the game again.
I think that the best car to get first is the armoured kuruma. Do the mission to get it at a discount. ...And the sparrow is a nice, fast heli (with missiles).
Personally I'd replace the arcade with either the nightclub or the Agency. Both are solo friendly businesses and can make a crap ton of money from them. I agree with the Buzzard though I personally have a distaste for the MK2 just bc of the toxicity that surrounds it so I to bought the Buzzard pretty early on and I barely and I mean like once every blue moon barely touch the MK2 lol
Jeeze! I've been playing all this time, just bought a Bizzard recently, didn't even know that once you own one, you can just spawn it anywhere as a CEO! Before that I had to pay $25,000 to take out say the Valkyrie's or else after I bought one you had to call Pegasus and drive out to their pad and get In it and chase down the Valkryies! That's gonna save me so much time🙄
The armoured kuruma or duke o death and the night club are also some good investment. I mean the night club can easily give you 100k+ every day I guess and selling the storage goods are just honus
Don't forget the timer for the cayo heist only applies to the character you did it with... so if you have kosatka on both characters you can do it back to back

Great videos! One more must have for solo players is the Armored Karuma. I would also strongly suggest a Casino Penthouse for home base. The services are great. And I would pick the Agency as a high priority. Weapons shop, good passive money, and 3 ways to earn good cash in there. Also Acid Lab. Nightclub as well. 50k a day in passive income plus the business in the basement. It's a fun business to own too.
I will say for the arcade business, I like to buy the one closest to the casino. It's all about location.
I've played the casino heist plenty of times, and when I join some, it boggles my mind that players buy the cheapest arcade all the way up in Plaeto Bay.
I will say that buying a hangar and a good jet to spawn with will make things so much easier. Get the hangar at Fort Zancudo.
Sparrow, buzzard, and oppressor mk2 are probably the best time saving vehicle investments you can make but when those are on cooldown the oppressor is my savior because it has no cooldown and can spawn right next to you as an MC president.
In my opinion if you’re just starting out. Get the acid lab. Use profits from acid lab to get auto shop to run union depository contract then finally use all those to get kosatka and run Cato Perico. Then from there it’s up to you what you’d like to do. Special cargo and vehicle ware house or you could start up mc businesses with coke, meth and counterfeit cash you’ll be set to get the nightclub after that. I even forgot to mention the agency. Finish that Dr. Dre mission for 1 million

Gotta agree on the buzzard for sure. I use it for literally everything and it’s less than half the price of the oppressor Mk 2. ( especially now after update oppressor is almost 4 mill ) I spent the difference on upgrading my weed farm, counterfeit cash business, & bunker.
Thats a great top 5. I would also recommend the Auto Shop, cuz when you get that 3x money payout, those missions make you more money than anything BUT the Kosatka.

I think I'd say the Sparrow is definitely better than the Buzzard for anyone who plans to grind money through heists. The pure accessibility anywhere on the map including inside the kosatka as well as the fact that if it is destroyed it can be replaced for free in just 2 minutes. Not to mention its speed and ability to engage threats.
I would have picked nightclub over ceo office because of the amount it makes you while you are doing the cayo perico heist, I don't hardly use my ceo office anymore
Sparrow. I like the hsw drag bike. The hsw cars are too fast to be good in the city. Nightclub, mc businesses, bunker, agency with the armory and a kosatka.
Acidlab I would recommend the acid lab for solo players
The Best investment you can make is the Agency and an Oppressor MKII. With those two things you can easily make 1mil every 1hr 30min. Then you use that money to invest in a nightclub

Most definitely get a nightclub and acid lab both of those are very good solo business with very easy sell missions but I recommend getting acid lab first because nightclub is on the expensive side for upgrading and setting up
The m2 is the absolute best thing a solo player could buy. Especially for grinding money
Not talking about Vehicles I know a little a out this game but as beginner , but for me I would say kosatka =>agency => nightclub=> acidlab for the 5th I m really not sure I didn't try everything yet so I really don't know how it works but for now those are the best

For me, just for purely making my life easier no money making methods. I only use the agency’s armory bc it has everything i want. and also by the kitchen area in the agency there’s a place to restock on snacks. The MC clubhouse bc i can summon my oppressor MKII right next to me or my hakuocho drag and the sparrow is a nice backup for when my oppressor is unavailable

Another investment you can do is buy the cargo bob, it can help you deliver cars safely without taking any damage.

The central command has one dumb thing to it, you have to switch from CEO to Biker to log on the computer.

Personally, I would take the buzzard out and just use the sparrow on everything, as far as a solo player though, I think the auto shop is a good investment because of the union depository, and then doing the bank contract back and forth. You can make about 500k as a solo player, do it in between Cayo, and having the sparrow definitely helps to complete the missions
Honestly forget the buzzard. Buy the kosatka and get its sparrow with homing missles and flares. Much harder to shoot a sparrow down and you can spawn it just the same. Its also faster and better for cayo

In my opinion The oppressor is key I Parkette right on the front of the sub park sub on land I can run the entire cayo 37 minutes after that I can blast around the city grinding tens of millions quick and easy It’s durability is unmatched and especially once you grind up so much money you’re gonna need it to start glitching Duffel bags on custom outfits
It is a good idea to fully fill your Arcade up with machines, because you can do it for free. The arcade comes with one machine, and you can just put free copies of that one into every slot and get the max 5k payout every in-game day.

I have over a hundred million and only been playing for 2 years and never once did the doomsday or diamond hiest. Bounce back between coke, meth and acid lab while waiting for the cayo cool down.
