I was happily surprised when the writers for Lego Dimensions had the Dalek Emperor say that, then almost burst into laughter at the let's player's confusion as why he was talking about rice pudding. :P

Yeap, since I've got the ring modulator plugin on Effector in FL Studio I've done Dalek impressions on a couple of my tracks... I'm pretty sure one of them, "The Pounce", is actually on TH-cam. I actually have a preset for that modulation cuz if you have the modulation set too slow it ends up sounding wrong. Although I think my first impression in Demon Raptor was a little bit better. I do have a question for Nick though, and that's how much of the Dalek voice is usually the dry signal and how much is wet? If it was 100% wet I'd imagine that would be harder to understand than your average Skinny Puppy vocal with the soundtrack and the FX layered in. I'd imagine it varies a little bit as well.
For some proper advice You can get a free plugin for Audacity, a free audio editor called Killerringer which emulates the ring modulator perfectly! It isn't live, like Nick Briggs is but it is value for lack of money. You can even do a classic cyberman with it as well!

I used to have a shampoo New Dalek. Dalek Froth. But its eye stalk was irretrievably damaged, and so its vision was impaired. I had to finally throw it away... :(
Maybe if Doctor Who's creators spent more time making Doctor Who than leaving us for years and years with nothing - like that they did the first time they ran Dr Who into the ground, or what BBC's employees did that killed Torchwood, or any other number or shows, then we'd have more to be happy about than talking like a Dalek. :(
