Water must be filled to the first tank line (first from the bottom). You need little bit more water. Second thing. Your records are spinning way to fast. Just get another adapter which has more current options. Usually there is a little switch on adapter it self. I run my motor at 4v-6v and the cleaning processes is way more effective than to run motor on 12v or even 24v. Cheers from Slovenia!

I just bought this cleaner by Vevor, and the motor doesn't come with any speed options unfortunately.

@@elmhurst86 buy an adapter with buton for changing various electricity volt (1.4V, 3V, 4.5V, etc). If motor goes to fast simply change to the lower V value and that is it. Cheers!

Those plastic spacer discs need to have the fuzzy debris thoroughly removed before use , otherwise they will contaminate the water & records . Measure your product so you can get repeated results and use the least amount that works . The water should be distilled or better . The final track of the record plus part of the one before were not down in the fluid , so were not being cleaned After cleaning with detergent you also need fresh distilled water to rinse away the detergent film left behind .. This is an example of how NOT to do it .

My locking screw does not tighten no matter how much I turn. Should have been a hole to go through.

Man, I don't know about 45 Celsius. That's 113 Fahrenheit. Seems like that would damage the vinyl.

40 Celsius is enough…or no heat at all. It’s ok either way. 5 mins only max.

Hey guys, I’ve been doing this for years. Just use distilled water. And then towel dry the record not in a rack lay a fiber cloth down on a hard surface place your LP‘s flat out on that. Take another clean fiber cloth and wrap it around
The disc and on A good percentage of your recent purchases last couple years only distilled water best option record Dr. vac and let that pull the water out and dry the record at the same time that is the perfect solution. It leaves the surface and I have a turntable and I don’t know if you know how much cartridges cost today they expensive and diamonds why they use diamonds because they’re strong and they could be cut you have a diamond last time and after you wash them a carbon brush each time you pull them out of the sleeve and put them on your Turn table one hint that works get some rice in sleeves. Have a great day guys and remember this is only a hobby. It’s not life and death.

Excuse me with due respect, bud five minutes does the job. Period. Period. If you don’t believe me talk to the other people that use ultrasonic five minutes as ideal. In most cases you got a bunch of crappy record you need 30 minutes and that doesn’t do the job they’re gone.
