I have this scope on .308 Sako 90 adventure with Hausen moderator with Tier one standard mounts, on low magnitude 2.5-6.5 I can see the moderator, any suggestions?

Is this scope suitable to shoot at 800 meters with 300wm caliber?

Yes of course, you'll be able to zero this scope to 800m, are you primarily looking for a scope for longer range target shooting?
If so there may be other options for you that would be better suited..
