Hi, so when it says confirm and pay that means you’re basically paying for the shipping, so when you go tot he post office you just go their and drop it off correct?
Do they send you your tracking number afterwards through your email? Or where do you find your USPS tracking number, after you paid for the shipping cost?
Alexandria if you’ve printed it, you’re tracking number is the numbers underneath the barcode, I have my barred out for info purposes; but you can also find it on the screen after you click confirm and pay, it will say tracking number: , lastly you can always go back into PayPal and find tracking listed under the transaction! Hope this helps!
Yes, you pay for the package at home and as long as you have the right price for the size and weight, the information will be scannable on the label you print and stick on the package. So you can drop it in any of the blue USPS pickup mailboxes even (no need to go into the post office) and it will get picked up and scanned, and sent on its way!
Okay so just a couple questions 1) explain the insurance more ? How does that work , how do you know how much to put it or to charge the person ? 2) lets just say you have an item for sale and the person buys it , you don’t print out the label until afterwards so how do you know what to charge for shipping when it gives you the shipping estimate after you’ve made the purchase ? Like they buy the item and they pay shipping but how do you know what to put the shipping for when you don’t do the label printing until after the purchase ?
1) i typically $1 for every $50 2) either overcharge a bit in the pricing to cover for that (typically anything in the US is $5 or less with this method) or leave in the sale descripton that international shipping will be more

It’s hard to tell sometimes but I personally have gotten away with the first option more than not ( package/thick) just know that if you get it wrong, the post office either just return the package, or in your PayPal you’ll get a fee for the difference and they’ll still ship it

Artwork is hard to insure, sorry about the late response but honestly my comment wouldn’t have helped much because post offices are anal about artwork insurance I typically just insure it for what I paid for it

Samatha Prior date can be any day really, even if you make it for a day and forget to mail it, it can be off by a few days, it’s no big deal; and no need for bubble wrap for shirts I just emphasize it in the video to make sure people ship safely!
