Seiko is the best watches money can buy especially under 500 dollars. Sure you'll overpay a bit for 6r calibers and sapphire crystals in the more up-market models but old school Seiko 5s, the skx, the 5 sports, turtle, samurai, the 5 dress and the 5 gmt now are truly some of the best watches for the money regardless of price bracket.
