I forgot to mention this in the video... this was literally my 1st time driving this rig off road. I picked it up from Joe (at Alliance Auto Care in Loveland, CO) the night before. Thanks Joe for building it up, spotting me, and hanging off the back of my truck with Ryan so I didn't roll it the first day I took it out 😝
Hi, I am American but live in Romania. There is a W461 G Wagon 3.0 liter diesel, basically the military spec version, that was last sold to consumers in 2013. Looks legit! Am trying to choose between it and a 4.5 liter diesel LC 200 series from 2016!
Appreciate you dude. That's the fun of four-wheeling. Being forced to slow down. Assess the situation. And make calculated decisions. And this was literally the first day I wheeled this new build 🙂😎
Love the videos! I saw you referenced Loveland in the video, is that where you live? I’ve got an early w463 I bought in Japan and imported back to Colorado Springs when we moved here last summer.
Hey thanks! Fellow Coloradan here. Follow Alliance Auto Care in Loveland, CO to join the group trail rides if you're interested! Joe who runs the shop is a G wagon specialist and friend of mine. Its a new thing but the outings are fun and some cool rigs there! More Offroad videos coming soon 💪👊
Agreed. I've been trying to get in touch with them to offer my rigs up for their G wagon series. Funny enough, this sneaky line is also just off the main trail of their first dirt video.
Thanks for suggesting these! Doing some homework on them for the future. The black build in this video with the portals is not mine. I'm driving the white one with the 4-in lift and solid axles. But very curious about a portal build in the future 🙂
I don't know why your videos work...but they just do. Man, that's a lot of uhh eye balls out there. Why not go straight down from where you were pointing towards at the top of the video?
Thanks my dude. The lots of eye balls is because this was a group Offroad outing I put together for my membership community - The Roofing & Solar Reform Alliance. This isn't an official line on the trail. We walked up some boulders and scouted it out and decided to give it a shot. The camera does not do this any justice whatsoever. The line straight down from the top would send me down a cliff. Appreciate your comment and being here!

Heck yeah! Thanks for the comment. You already know my vote 😜
@@gwheeln I'd love to see someone mod a G65 V12. I think they were only made through 2017. . .
👍Great to see you out and about with the G, I hope there will be more.
Thanks, from Sweden.
Thanks my dude. You can count on it 😉
Slow and steady. Very impressive my man.

Man, that G is so nice. Good job buddy.
Thanks my dude 😎
funny to see something i had a hand in actually being used
Hell yeah dude!! It's being used and loved. Just got back from wheeling it today. New video coming soon!

This is how TFL should have built their G-wagon

Ah what timing! Tommy just emailed me back. We are trying to link up to get some cool content.
@@gwheeln that would sick, and a good opportunity for the channel
Thanks man! I'll keep ya posted!
Hi again, do you know about Werewolf portal axles from Ukraine? They would seem to be a logical progression for you. More torque and on 38s. . .

@ There are other US G Wagons on Werewolf portals…
