Seeing how much you all loved the reptiles, I highly recommend the Toledo Zoo if you're ever able to get there! They have an amazing amount of reptiles in two different buildings, including a Saltwater Crocodile, the Fiji Banded Iguanas and an entire room just for venomous snakes.

I love the FW Zoo. My ex used to work there. They have changed so much since the last time I visited.

I think the Fiji Banded Iguanas came from Zoo Tampa. They were on Secrets of the Zoo Tampa before they were shipped to TX. They were breeding prolifically in FL. Thanks for highlighting the impact of Chytridiomycota fungus. It’s killing so many amphibians, but there are so many working to breed them in insurance colonies.

I'd keep CatAleah in planted cage if she wanted :p and I find it funny how you guys geek out over fiji iguana's, I know why but they are so commenly kept and bred by private keepers over here in Europe.

The MOLA is one of my most favorite parts of the FT Worth Zoo. The attention to detail of each enclosure is just fantastic. I have spent almost all day in there taking pictures and just kind of ogling everything there. I've gotten some stinkin rad shots of the green mamba, gaboon viper, bushmaster, the pygmy rattler and the grey banded kingsnake.
Over here north of me in McKinney, there is also the Heard Museum. They have a lot of native snakes there. At some point, I'd like to see what I could do to contribute to their collection of native species. Hell there are a few places I'd like to be able to contribute to their native species Ft Worth Zoo, Dallas Zoo, Dallas World Aquarium and the Heard. It's one of the reasons I have as many Sceloporus as I do lol

@@TheVirtualZoo agreed. We go multiple times a year and we love it. It’s helped me make our bio active home for our corn snake cuz we get to see how their enclosures are set up.

The information that you gave on the frogs from panana (9:30) is the reason to join USARK, can you imagine the act is approved, would the zoos be able to transport these frogs back to their natural habitat or would it be illegal for them to do so?
