With the Tien Shen mountains only an hour away we decided to explore the Ala Archa national Park.

Great to see your adventures and attitudes as always guys. Imagine if everybody that was feeling a bit unfit or slightly down about life's lemons strapped on some gear and went for a mountain hike. I bet there'd be a lot less depression in the world.
We saw recently doctors starting to prescribe hiking for depression. Fully believe in it. Let's Go hiking in beautiful nature everybody.

Were you able to get the oil changed in your Defender while you were on the road? Were the Toyo tires the most readily available or the easiest to get under the circumstances?

As you say Biskek is the place to be stuck in for a while!! I have another question for Leigh. Did you come close to exceeding the stated payload for the 130? I am planning the preparation of a 90 Defender and the payload is only 650kgs which isn't much when you take into account all the gear and equipment you need. Thanks for the videos guys!!
We need to get on a weigh bridge. With the lady build we were 3450kg which is still under.
@@leighdearle5965 Thanks for reply Leigh. I made a mistake with the 90 payload its actually 935kg which should be okay but a winch is the heaviest and most questionable item. The GVW is 2750kg for a 90. I intend to do a similar trip to you through central Asia so I enjoy watching your progress.

Thank s . Not it s the first time at the front. We had a head on collision in dec 17. That's a new vehicle. We had cracked rear shock brackets. And problems with the spacers.
