John52 Chesser same here I always dislike when someone else is describing the truck. Especially when they have a sheet of paper to read off in front of them.
No offense to you new school guys, but the rear is higher for a reason! So when you actually load the truck, the rear sinks, leveling it out and it drives perfect. I bought an 04 that had been "leveled" and it was clucky just driving in the city. I lowered it back to stock and cut out the wheel well to fit the 33x12.5/20"wheels that was fit onto it. SO think about this guys, when you pick up a load of wood and your headlights are now in my rearview mirror, its no longer cool. Just my 2 cents!
I have a 01 2500hd want to level it off as well. You mentioned 2.5 torsion kit...checked rough country site just showing a 2in for this model. If its 2.5 what is item #? Thanks!
Ryan Naiss The 2" will give you 2.5-3" easily. I have that kit on my 1500 and I can get 4" out of them with cut bump stops. Stock 1500 keys will give you lift too.
Hey I bought a set of tires from y'all about 2 weeks ago and today my front passenger side Tire sidewall blew out while I was driving down the road how can I contact you all to get this fixed
I've got a 2006 Sierra 2500hd. I'm looking to put a set of 33x11.5 ridge grapplers on my truck. I already have a set of 17x9 +12 wheels. Will I need to do much beyond trimming the valence to make this fit? Trucks lowered but getting set back to stock height with lift keys possibly. Help?
Custom Offsets everyone runs the negative offsets. Only one with a +12 was on a 6" lift. It's proving very hard to find this combination on another truck.
Banshō Ten'in Feeling insecure about ya lift? 😂 jk but thats usually right. 2500s are already freaking tall on stock suspension and 1500s sit pretty low to begin with. Really, the 2500s have a lift kit from factory. (a body lift)
TreyCurrieBa lol I am (duh) and that is correct I'm pretty sure if I'm not mistaken they need like a 1.5 inch body lift (essentially) to fit those bigger engines. The 1/2 tons have the nose dive pre torsion crank I hate it
One of my favourites by far.... super clean, simple, cheap build. Cant stand when guys put lights and stickers everywhere.
That looks soooo high for being a leveling kit. It's like perfect.
MuricanSilveradoZ71 was thinking the same
I know its a laaate comment but these trucks (2500s) were lifted stock
@@SpringyShredz seriously, i’ve got a stock 01 suburban 2500 and it’s about 3 inches taller than our 02 suburban 1500 which has a 3 inch lift already
2500HD + Level Kit (perhaps slightly cranked) + 33s = why its tall
No offense to the other guys but I like when Shaun's in the videos

I have the terra Grappler tires on my truck and I LOVE them. Would highly recommend them
Of course he uses a $100 bill to measure the offset 🙄🙄🙄
You should do more duramax video
Ca you guys do a video on a setup like this showing the cv axle angles
What's the name of the instrumental beat ?
Very nice!
Thanks for the feedback!
Nice!!
I got 35s on my 2002 and it’s got a leveling kit and it only rubs on the control arms at full lock no cutting
it’s all about the width and offset
TH-cam unsubscribed me from your channel. I wondered why I hadn't seen any videos recently.
We're still here! youtubes been doing that to people for awhile now unfortunately!
Custom Offsets They need to get this shit together.
Man my 04 Duramax doesn’t sit that high with the leveling kit. Great looking truck though!

DaJokrz looking for sterring column2001tahoe
Im trying to match my 1500 to this height. How many inches of lift would i need to match this height?
2-3 inches
wait you only put the leveling kit on the front???
NIKStape because of factory rake yes
😍😍
Where did he get the mirrors and how much?
Why do wider wheels make for a tighter fit/more trimming?
Jasper Bishop The overall track width is widened so now you have to make clearance for tires to turn that wasn't there before.
TheCummins knows!
What exhaust is on there
Anyone know what the lug pattern for this is cause I wanna build my dirty max like this but can’t seem to find the right lug pattern
8x165.1
What size blocks does he have in the back?
factory CW!
Is there blocks in the back?
Factory block
Where can I find those wheels
Right here! bit.ly/376VSp3
That is tall for a leveling kit
Banshō Ten'in 2500s are naturally taller than 1500s.
TreyCurrieBa yeah I know and it's 4x4 but still I have a 6 inch lifted Chevy 1500 from that generation and mine looks maybe 1-2 inches taller max
Banshō Ten'in Feeling insecure about ya lift? 😂 jk but thats usually right. 2500s are already freaking tall on stock suspension and 1500s sit pretty low to begin with. Really, the 2500s have a lift kit from factory. (a body lift)

Whats the beat?
why do you measure the wheel lip?
Because lots of people including myself are a fan of a big lip. Now me personally I hate big wheels but, love big lips.
Where is this shop at?
New Lion Appleton, Wisconsin
I have a 1986 chevy c10, imma buy a 5inch rough country body lift this month and i want some wide mud tires, i think 33s? Can someone help
