i have been to that same beach when i was on the NCL Breakaway ! we got there early so we got to see the carnival pride sail in to port, it was really cool
Just returned from a cruise on the Carnival Breeze. My two daughters that just had their 50th and 51st birthdays went on this cruise to celebrate, had a GREAT TIME!!!
I cracked up when your daughter was sipping her drink before she poured it. So wish I had a daughter like yours! I was blessed with 3 boys. I have been to that beach once and it was a little dirty. Looks like they have cleaned it up. I will be going back.
We took the Carnival Fascination out of Jacksonville in December of 2015. We ate at the Fat Tuesday restaurant after taking a catamaran snorkel trip. My wife got in the water next to the restaurant and cut her leg on some glass. It wasn't bad enough to need stitches but it was bleeding fairly bad. On a good note, my wife wants to go back there just for the chicken sandwich!

You haven't seen panhandlers harassment till you go to Jamaica nobody is bothering you at all there. Thanks for the video though we're going on the Norwegian gem to Nassau in 3 weeks

Amy I understand how people could think that saying "No Thank - you," might seem rude, but what you did is exactly what I would have done - go for exactly what I wanted only! It is hard due to the local economy, they just don't have any other industry but tourism, but you can't just hand over hard earned money.

The harassing merchants I hated in Naussa and have no intention of going back unless it's to Atlantis. Not all of the shops are like that but a majority are. Next time we will stay on the ship. We did feel safe walking around.

We are going on the liberty of the seas in October and gonna be on navigator for a 9 day southern Caribbean out of Miami in March. Saying that I was wondering if y'all have ever done a vlog in Haiti or Aruba or Curaçao?
Hi! We actually booked the Navigator Southern Caribbean cruise last week when we were on the Empress, we're sailing to 4 new ports next year, and we will be vlogging. Have fun!!
Cheryl Young I went there and I'm American and I was a little sketched out to be honest. I even had a lady approach me and tried to give me a braided bracelet. I refused and it was crowded and I hesitated and didn't want to be rude and tried to be polite like I would in the US and let them say their piece and politely refuse. Yeah don't do that there. Be blunt with them. This lady saturated putting the bracelet on my arm and telling me it's ok everyone gets one it's from the local kids etc. then she says I just need a donation after she puts on my arm,lol. I said no cash and she couldn't get it off my arm fast enough. I was approached by a guy selling cocaine right on front of a large crowd also. You have to be cautious there. Things aren't like they are in the US down there and don't count on the authorities to protect you.

Yep, going to take a mother and daughters cruise in February. We are taking some of the grandkids too. Celebrating one of them turning 10.
