Thickness=2mm
Default Bend Radius =30mm
Command Used:-
1. Wall
2. Bend From Flat
3. Unfolding
4. Surface Stamp
5. Folding

Thanks a lot. Other than a few little flaw, I gess it is okay. The radii are 30 and 40. You created both of the bends with R30. However I never managed to determine the bending spots. And I still can't get my head around it.
