I don't know if you have Home Hardware where you live, but you can buy this spray called "That stuff for pain" (you could likely buy online too). I get really bad neck kinks that last over a week, I use this spray.. its gone in a matter of minutes!! I work with elderly and disabled and I have recommended this to them and it helped immediately!! I'm a new follower and Ozzy is just the sweetest little girll!! I love watching your videos!!
