I’m a KSA guy so can assess the video , the tie is good for like running or moving around quickly BUT it’s not and say NOT a tradition tie of the Shemagh but this in the video is actually great and useful.
I was grade 4 and my brother was grade 2, we both wore our brand new shemagh in school and everyone was looking at us with their eyes wide open. We were shouting and yelling while our ma was taking a picture of us together. I miss those days Edit: that was from 2012, I think
Isn’t the pattern from a particular culture and tribe? Like a flag? I remember someone explaining that before but I forget who’s tribe it was, if it was Bedouin or who it came from. Do you know? I remember them saying it was disrespectful for other people to use it .
@@shellshipman3853 as i recall, in Iraq you pretty much only found two types, red with white pattern, and white with black patterns. I know the arrangement even just as a head cover can vary a lot. There are Jordanian styles, Emirati, Saudi, Kurdish, etc etc. They are very practical though.
