Can i ask you why you take the 200mp base?,is her Sword Fire weaker or st?
Sorry but I'm not getting your question completely. What do you mean by 'base' here? I can tell you why I abandoned Sword Fire though. You may already know this but Sword Fire often goes through the platform you're standing on. (Glitch or design failure or whatever) As far as I know, the damage it does is not so different from the damages done by other 200 MP skills. Also, I prefer Burst Rising for its easy usage.
Oh,i mean Wild Shock is the 200mp base(cause it in elesis base skill xD)

옙. 닷지 & 슬래쉬 맞습니다~ 극기 강은.. 개인적으로는 잘 쓰지 않아요. 스킬 포인트도 모자라고 던전에선 크게 활용할 일이 없어서..(그냥 기폭하는게 익숙합니다) 안 그래도 스킬 칸이 8칸인게 너무 적다고 느껴지는데 극기까지 넣을 칸이 없습니다.
