The bushings tend to spin in the housing causing the grooves could be aliminated by putting some half moon cutouts on the bushing outer fla ng and a matting member around the bushing flange to keep it from spinning by the manufacture.Also use oiliite bushings.
Have you heard of or seen anyone modify this trailer dolly with larger wheels? I bought this with the intent of using it on a path that consists of concrete to grass to gravel but the wheels just spin once past the concrete. Can't be impossible to get larger tires and rig a new axle with the sprocket no?

you need to put grease on the outside of the bushing as well!! showed on their website how to do this..
