They're getting the SU 27SM and SU 35S meaning they get the first semi stealth fighter which also has thrust vectoring, making it the most maneuverable and deadly in game. (Talking about the SU35S)
honestly, wings of glory is not ready for active radar homing missiles, they should have made the war thunder approach of things what war thunder did: add early IR missiles, see how they perform and fix any discrepencies after seeing how early IR missiles performed, add more advanced IR missiles and balance and fix things add early radar and early SARH missiles, see how they perform and whatnot after seeing how SARH performs, add more advanced SARH then add ARH missiles the devs jumped from the mid 70s to 2010 without any prior fixes

You can actually stop notching the missile after its starting to go behind you on the RWR. You are still getting pings because the seeker is sending out signals, but it's actually focused on the chaff. Trouble is knowing when the seeker has actually gotten distracted lol.

27:00 thats not how you notch your supposed to look down a bit to get speed and get closer to the ground which will make the missile loose lock or hit the ground what you just did there is not notching its becoming a free kill aka a sitting duck
Are you sure you know what notching is? At tier 8, the average ARH missile has a very low ground filter, meaning they are hardly susceptible to ground clutter. Gaining speed is also not necessarily a good idea if you don't intend to go cold, as it makes it easier for their doppler filters to see you.
@@theraiden9631 weaving up and down while notching can change the angle at which you're flying, and as some of the more advanced missiles have very tight notching speed gates, this can mean they are able to continue tracking you.

One thing I know some people do is they try lowering their speed using the airbrake and/or throttle control. I don't actually know for sure if it does work, but it may be worth a shot.

F18 has also received the C7 making it the ultimate bvr machine

Is notching really working? I keep get hit by missiles, even they told me to weave up and down to reduce missile's speed.

Double square STT lock means you can launch both. It is required for SARH missiles that do not support Datalink (DL) guidance.
