    Hi, I have been using BOSCH dishwasher for more than 8 years now and I have posted 18 videos on that. You can watch them here -
    BOSCH Dishwasher Demo Series

    Also I got the opportunity to use the latest model of LG Dishwasher for a few
    months and I have posted 7 videos on that too. You can watch those here -
    LG Dishwasher Demo Series
    • LG Dishwasher DFB424FP...
    Based on request of several viewers, I have made a comparision of these two brands in this video.
    Although the comparison might be unfair with LG being an advanced and latest model than BOSCH, since BOSCH has not come out with any latest model in India on par with LG.
    I have tried to cover all the important features, functions, programs and other parameters and compared them. Both are totally different and I am not recommending or giving preference to one over the other. Please make your own decision on which brand to buy.
    Standard features and specifications have been given in a tabular form at the end of the video.
    The models compared in this video are BOSCH SMS66GW01I and LG DFB424FP. The visuals of BOSCH appearing in the video are those of my model SMS40M52EU which is very much similar to SMS66GW01I in many aspects. I have taken this model because this is the most popular BOSCH model currently sold in India.
    Hope you like this video. Please share your comments and views.
    Please note - All details given are either based on my knowledge after usage, or from company website/owners manual. In case those of you having these models have something to add or correct, please feel free to share so that I can correct in the description.
    Thank you for watching and all the support!!

      Though LG has advanced features there a couple of issues which many of my viewers have shared - program not starting from the point where it stopped during power outage, salt indicator blinking even if salt added, heating element problem. Not all face all these problems though.
      So in case you decide to buy LG you've to get these clarified with the company, because it is priced at least 10-12K more p
      than BOSCH.
      Bosch is a reliable and reputed German brand which has been thete since decades. I am using BOSCH Dishwasher for the past 8½ years and am happy with the performance even with the limited programs.
      Final decision should be yours based on your budget and preference. My personal choice would be Bosch.

    Thank you so much for this video mam. I am in dilemma between the two models. The non-foldable spikes on Bosch dishwasher - is that an issue mam ? I mean, I understand the Bosch dishwasher serves the purpose, but, when compared to the fully foldable spikes on the LG dishwasher, would it be more easy to layout utensils on the LG ? Thanks.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Binita, The non foldable tynes in Bosch dishwasher is not an issue. You can comfortably place plates and utensils.
      But definitely LG with all the tynes foldable is much more flexible that you can use all plates or all utensils or a mix of both. And the gap between tynes is uniform in Bosch but in LG you can open alternate sets of tynes thus can accommodate wider plates. Hope this helps.

    Hi ma'am. After watching your videos about dishwasher I purchased LG dishwasher on 18-01-2023. At first white stains appeared on dishes after washing aa our water hardness is 300 ppm. After repeated complaints technician came and advised us to buy a Water Softener. We bought water softener only for dishwasher. Now water hardness is 5 ppm. After that also same problem repeated. For that I used dishwasher salt and rinse aid. That also is of no use. Again I tried Finish dishwasher Tablets. Same white stains problem. The cost of each washing increased but of no use. Can you suggest me what to do. Did you use your LG dishwasher in turbo mode. Please give me reply ma'am ☹️

    1. Feeling electric shock in feet while standing near dishwasher without touching machine even my house have earthing facility.
    2. Maximum TDs level of machine is 300 which is very less
    3.it doesn't have power resume function
    4.In this model all racks are not foldable in lower rack.
    5.After washing completed inner tub is wet even seeing after 6 hours (dishes are dry)this may leads to rusting tub very early LG doesn't give warranty for rusting.
    Iam using finish salt rinseaid & detergent in lg dishwasher

      Hi Laxman, actually if you feel earthing is good in your house, you must not get electric shock. Please get it checked by a qualified electrician.
      Even after that, if you are getting shock, you could call LG and get the machine checked. If the machine has some fault, you could try for returning the machine. Thanks.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can do that. If you get good cleaning results, continue that, else full rinse aid and salt and keep the setting to minimum. Even if salt setting is H0, the salt compartment should not be empty. This will protect the machine from damage in the long run.

      Hi Rameez, You can use Crystale. If it suits for your hardness, go ahead otherwise try Fortune. For your hardness, Crystale/Fortume may be better than Finish. The tablet which is best suited for one's machine and conditions is often arrived at after a bit of trial and error. Thanks.

      @rameezm4580 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BhuvanaAdi in LG dishwasher it dries for 10min on turbo and if i select extra dry it takes 30min to dry. Is this white patches are detergent residues or salt residues ?. • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try for some days in H4. Also please try some other cycle like Auto or Eco. Everytime one does not have to use all options with turbo (high temp+steam+extra dry). For some utensils, only turbo will work well too. Because high temp can cause white stains. And for your water, if finish and crystale is not satisfactory, try Fortune tablets too. Thanks.

      Many people have asked me about robotic vacuum cleaner. I've not yet explored that as I believe there are plenty of options available and they come in different models and price range too. I have with me the Leifeit Power Cleaner which is an electric sweeper, which has to be operated by us unlike robotic cleaners.

      Yes Maya, very true. I still do my floor cleaning with a mop. Haven't explored robotic vacuum cleaners, though it's been on the back of my mind since a few years now. I also use my normal vacuum cleaner which is 25 years old for cleaning rugs, sofas etc. But for all these we've to invest our time and energy. Robotic cleaners would be the ultimate solution as we cannot do without sweeping and mopping as we are so much exposed to dirt and dust always.
      Once the lockdown is lifted and things get back to normal, I'll start doing research on these.
      Thank you for sharing with me details about the same. In case you happen to buy and start using please share the details with me.

      Hi Sundari, Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes both LG and Bosch give excellent cleaning. I have used both and have got equally good cleaning in both dishwashers for similar/same utensils.
      But good cleaning depends on a lot of factors like the water quality, correct salt and rinse aid settings based on one's water hardness, use of correct program and the right detergent, proper placement of dishes in the dishwasher. Generally soft water gives very good cleaning and as the water becomes more and more hard, it becomes a challenge to take care of the above issues and get good cleaning. Hope this helps. Thanks.

    Hello ma'am
    Your videos are very informative, you have an indepth knowledge of products, functions and brands ,
    I am also planning to buy but confused between bosch and ifb as LG in beyond my budget
    Which among the two will be good in terms of
    Overall performance
    Easy to use
    Service and availability of consumables
    My budget is 40k
    Plz suggest good model 1 each from bosch and ifb
    Also does bosch or ifb models are having hot wash and steam function
    Also one more question is that if we are using tablet then also we need salt and rinse to put in the container as shown by you in one of your videos

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi Sunny, thanks for your appreciation and kind words.
      Since your budget is 40K, you can straight away rule out LG.
      In Bosch the latest model is SMS66GI01I (silver colour) and SMS66GW01I(white colour). I've been using something similar to this since the last 8+ years without having any problem till date. It is very easy to use. Please note that none of the Bosch models in India have steam. But we can get good cleaning even without steam. Regarding service, I am not in a position to say anything because I have never had the need to use service. This will also give you an idea of the quality. Generally German products are known to be rugged and reliable in performance and Bosch is no exception. Regarding consumables, the most reliable place to buy them is online. Not only are the prices reasonable and sometimes even attractive, choices are also more. Very few offline shops stock them except some big supermarkets in big cities. The wash quality is very good going by my personal experience.
      Coming to IFB, it has always been quite popular in India for nearly 2 decades now. They were the first to introduce dishwashers in India with Bosch collaboration. Now they are on their own. Lots of people buy IFB and are happy with it. I think the popular model in IFB is Neptune VX. But they have very recently launched their Neptune SX model with 3rd rack and steam function. It is also a 15 place setting model which means it is bigger capacity. But I have not seen it or had any experience with it. I have only seen it on their website and also online and it looks sleek and attractive. In case you want to go in for IFB, you can go ahead, but based on proper answer to your queries and my personal experience, I would recommend you go in for Bosch.
      I am not sure whether you are planning to buy online or offline, but in case you decide to buy online, (of course only when they open deliveries of large items after the end of lockdown) I would be happy if you purchase using the buying link given in my videos description. For you there will no price difference, but I get a small commission from Amazon/Flipkart which helps to support my channel and stay motivated to post useful videos. Thank you.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, For water hardness of 249 you have to set at H2 in LG. You can watch my video for changing the setting.
      As far as I know, the maximum hardness level is not 300 in LG.
      It says for more than 375 hardness you have to set at H4, so it should handle upto around 500 or 600. How did you measure water hardness? With a TDS meter? I would suggest testing it in a lab in your town to get the accurate hardness. In many cases, TDS is different from water hardness.
      Yes auto resume is not there in DFB424FP. I have mentioned it in the video description of all my LG dishwasher videos. I am not aware whether they have provided it in DFB532FP.
      Performance wise it is a good dishwasher, so if you do not have power cut issue, you should be able to use it and it should serve you well.

      Hi, I've been using Bosch (but an earlier model) for almost 9 years now. I can say that Bosch has auto resume function, i.e. cycle resumes from the same point after power is restored. I've even shown this in a recent video. Watch the video by clicking link below:

    Hello Ma'am and thank you for this amazing comparison. I have a quick question for you. Does the dishwasher inlet pipe of LG & Bosch have the same sized connector to connect to kitchen tap? Could you post some images or make a small video about inlet connector size and proper way to connect safely & securely? The water tap/faucet in my kitchen is 1/2 inch size. Some owners have mentioned that company technicians carry a converter which converts the 1/2 inch size tap to 3/4 inch or 1 inch in order to match and fit the dishwasher inlet pipe connector properly. Other reviews have mentioned a safety device called 'AquaStop' which comes in default size of 3/4 inch. Kindly clear the confusion by checking the dimensions of dishwasher inlet pipe and post the same in your reply. Will the converter be available locally at hardware stores if the technician is unable to come due to lockdown situation in Pune? Thanks in advance Ma'am. Cheers!

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @MV Ramakrishnan Yes the inlet pipe of both Bosch and LG have the same connector size.
      I will definitely post images and videos of the same. For that I request you to write to my email id as there is no means of sharing photos and videos in TH-cam comments.
      Most GI household tap or pipe connections in India are 1/2" and we need a 1/2" (F) to 3/4" (M) converter/adapter. I hope your 1/2' tap has a threaded end. Mostly the company installation person is expected to carry this small adaptor but in case of doubt you could buy one and keep it handy. You should get it at any medium or large plumbing/hardware store. The aqua stop is the solenoid valve system at the inlet pipe which is 3/4".
      Please write to my email and I shall reply with some photos and videos. Thanks.

    1) do the 4 spray arms in LG really matter ? wouldnt it reduce the pressure with which water is sprayed in LG compared to Bosch if the inlet motor is working at same power in both machines ? (2) your comparison seems to show that Bosch consumes between .8 to 1.7 Kw power while LG consumes constant 1.6 KW. in that case does bosch end up consuming less electricity ? (3) Does the steam function of LG actually make a practical difference? If yes in what way ? (4) which one do u use on a regular basis LG or bosch ?

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ramnik, thanks for some interesting queries. Now for the answers :
      1. Theoretically yes, since in every rotation twice the amount of spraying happens.
      If the inlet motor is working at the same power definitely the pressure of water in LG will be less than in Bosch. But we are not aware if they have compensated(increased) the motor power to account for the 4 spray arms.
      2. The figures of power consumption is based on what is mentioned in the respective manuals. Bosch has given the min and max range of power consumption while LG has given only the max power i.e. 1.6 kW. Power consumption depends on temperature, duration, steam option selection(in case of LG) of any program. This detail is not shared by either of them. But power consumption in Bosch will be less as steam option is not there in it.
      3. Steam does help in certain cases by giving better cleaning.
      4. I have been using my Bosch dishwasher for the last 10+ years.
      I have used LG dishwasher for just a couple of months during which period I made various demo videos and this comparision video as well. You can read the disclaimer in all my LG videos.
      Thanks.

      Hi Sirisha, since you have indicated that your water is very hard ie. 900 ppm, I would not recommend a dishwasher as it will be very difficult to get good cleaning with such high ppm level hard water. In case your still decide, your consumption of salt, rinse aid, etc will be very high. Also your machine also will face scale formation. Hi Sirisha,
      If the IFB softener is working well for the washing machine then you can use for dishwasher. But you have said you have used 13 to 14 times only, This is too short a period to assess the performance as both the washing machine and the softener are new. We will ideally come to know the effects after a few months. But I am not sure whether you can wait for so much time.
      I tried to get more info about the IFB water softener, its performance and customer reviews but I could not find much info.
      So I would suggest waiting for a few months before deciding.
      But if you want to buy a dishwasher now, I suggest you call the company people and ask them whether they can show cleaning performance in such high ppm water by connecting the IFB water softener.
      You can decide on brand depending on own preference, budget, etc.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Nirmala, that's a good query. Remember after a power cut, Bosch resumes almost from the same point. So if it is in the middle of wash or rinse, it will continue from the same point with the same water at the same temperature. The existing water is not drained and freshly drawn. I think that answers your question.
      But having said this, if the power cut is of a very long duration (say more than 3 to 4 hours), the water inside may cool down if it was hot and while resuming the water may not be of same temperature.
      Remember, normally unscheduled power cuts are for short duration only (15 min/30 min or less), water inside may not get cooled and at such times it should resume at almost the same temperature. Auto resume is highly beneficial to handle unshceduled power cuts of fairly short duration as it ensures that the machine does not go back to the start.
      If there is scheduled power cut for a very long duration, then it is better to run the dishwasher when power is available, inspite of having auto resume feature. Hope this clears your doubt.
      I would like to inform you that Bosch is coming out soon with new models with more features and Wi fi connectivity. So you could choose to wait for that if you so wish. Thanks.

      Hi Sheetal, chai aur doodh ke bartan hamesha zyada chikna rehte hain. Isliye unko dhone ke liye toda high temperature cycle chalane ki zaroorat hai. Correct program cycle select karne se agar chiknahat kam hua toh machine mein hi puri tarah clean ho jata hai.
      Agar aap in bartano ko use karke turanth nahi do rahe ho toh, une pani mein bigokar rakiye. Machine mein load karne se pehle chahiye toh aap scrub kar sakte ho. Lekin, personally mein toh, cycle katm home ke baad, jo chiknahat bartan me saaf nahi hua ho usse, running tap water my toda scrub karke do deti hoon. Kyonki freshly dhula bartan ko scrub karna aasan hai.

    ,is this common across all dishwashers or there is a remedy to fix the same .... (fortune and crystal 3 in1 tablet used )

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kashmira, since you're using tablets, you have to adjust your salt and rinse aid accordingly. Because tablets have both salt and rinse aid to some extent. If your water is soft, then you don't need to use rinse aid.
      In general in any machine, if rinse aid is more, you can get soapy dishes even after the total wash cycle.
      But this can happen even if you use more DETERGENT than required for the dishes, i.e. if your dishes are lightly soiled and you use more detergent, naturally the soap will not get washed off fully (just as it happens in manual wash).
      When this is the case with detergent, you say you've been using tablet. Tablet is more powerful and it SHOULD NOT BE USED in short programs, as it will not be fully used resulting in soapy dishes. Tablets are better to be used in longer programs.
      If you've to use tablets in short cycles you can cut into half and use them, as I've shown in my videos. If you've not seen it yet, please watch my videos on that plus others on this playlist :
      DISHWASHER DETERGENTS/TABLETS/GEL: th-cam.com/play/PLvZ681nV6tYpjbPPiogP2RIuDgCtx5Hg6.html
      Also a few drops of water after short cycle is normal. Leave the dishes for a few minutes and they will dry.
      Hope I've cleared your doubts and you try this and get over your problem.
      Thanks.

      Hi Parcha, I have gone through your comment. Thanks for the appreciation. It is my duty to share that a lot of my viewers recently have reported the absence of auto resume issue ie. the dishwasher does not resume from same point but starts from the beginning after a power cut, which should not be the case. I am not sure whether this is only in one lot or this is a deficiency in the machine. Incidentally, I did not face this issue when I got the opportunity to use the machine for two months last year during which I made my videos. I do not have the machine with me now. Please read the disclaimer in my videos.
      Auto resume feature is a simple and common one which is there in all gadgets nowadays and is a convenient and necessary feature. I think you will need to call LG sales people to get proper clarification on this issue, especially if you face lot of powercuts.
      LG is a great dishwasher with lots of amazing features and works like a dream but I thought I should inform you what my viewers have shared.
      Best wishes.

      Hi Dnyaneshwar, the LG dishwasher does not have auto resume function in case of power failure.
      Bosch has this feature. I'm using Bosch since 9 years and I'm happy with the cleaning performance.
      Bosch is a very reputed brand and has been there since more than 5 decades. There are two models available in Bosch.
      Siemens(part of Bosch) and IFB(originally was with Bosch, but now on their own since many years) and the latest Voltas Beko are popular brands too. Each brand has 2-3 models.
      You can buy any of the above based on your budget, number of family members, your earlier service experience with the brand and availability etc.

      LG definitely has advanced features like 4 arm spray arm, steam and numerous program cycles and options (of course most may never be used) but definitely the absence of auto resume feature is a big big minus. Some people have reported heating element issues too.
      Bosch may not have some of the above features, but it has got a time tested design and all programs and options that are needed for a dishwasher. This Serie 4 has a third rack too. And it gives amazing cleaning inspite of not having steam. I have an older model of Bosch with much less programs and options for more than 9 years now and it gives great cleaning even today.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The third rack is not the only difference. it has additional options like Vario Speed +, Intensive zone, Extra Dry and a machine care program.
      TDS of the water does matter. In fact not the TDS but the Ca+Mg hardness which is the one that impacts scale formation. You can find out water hardness by testing it in a food/water testing laboratory in your city. They will do this for a few hundred rupees.
      Also you can watch this video for more information -
      th-cam.com/video/-jHUQwX82l4/w-d-xo.html - Water Hardness | Salt & Rinse Aid setting explained | BOSCH Dishwasher
      You are right about LG and Bosch. Bosch manual clearly shows salt settings for hardness upto 890 ppm. LG indicates salt settings for > 375 but makes no mention about the maximum. It could be around 500 or 600 ppm.

      @BhuvanaAdi  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Rihanna, Power consumption of 38 min cycle is not mentioned anywhere by LG. There is no steam drying in 38 min cycle. Because of hot rinse, you feel it is dried with steam. The manual clearly shows that there is no drying in cycles like Turbo and Express although Turbo 59 min cycle has Extra Dry as default. Please note that shorter cycles consume more power than longer cycles because the same cleaning has to be done within a short time. If you want to use less electricity, use cycles like Auto, Delicate or Eco and choose Energy Saver option. Thanks.

Should I choose the LG for its TrueSteam (high temperature steam, which consists of tiny particles, easily separate stains from dishes)and QuadWash feature(four washing arms)... or choose Whirlpool for its PowerClean Pro (spray nozzles on the rear of the dishwasher) and PowerDry (The Closed Loop System which allows steam absorption inside the cavity that turns into water and gets drained away).

      Hi Bilbo, there is no detailed comparison as Whirlpool does not seem to have launched in a big way in India. IFB, Bosch and now LG are the more popular brands of dishwashers in India. Voltas Beko , Whilrpool have recently entered the market.
      The noise level difference is just 2 dB which is hardly perceptible. Since I have not used Whirlpool I cannot comment on the performance. Their dishwasher seems to have some interesting features. But Whirlpool is one of the major dishwasher brands in Europe and US. Even the machines sold in India are imported from Europe as mentioned by them.

      Drying is good in both the dishwashers. Utensils come out completely dry in both.
      Shortest cycle in Bosch is 29 min
      In LG it is 38 minutes but this cycle does not have drying.
      Shortest cycle with drying is 59 minutes.
      LG shortest cycle of 59 minutes is better than Bosch shortest cycle of 29 minutes. Natural, because of the longer duration.

      That is quite a difficult question. it depends on individual choice and based on many factors like cost and discounts, brand preference, service availability in your city, etc.
      LG is a new model with lots of advanced features and is also priced higher. I used it for 2 months and it was excellent.
      BOSCH is a very trusted, reliable and rugged German brand in dishwashers and will give you trouble free service for many years.
      I am using it for more than 8 years now without any problem.
      The price difference is about ₹ 15000 so the final decision is yours.

      @Amulya Gupta In terms of cleaning efficiency, I have found both Bosch and LG to be equally good. Regarding cleaning of tea stains and milk stains, that depends on many factors like correct placement, program selection and tablet or detergent used. If the milk and tea utensils are washed in longer and higher temperature cycles they will usually get cleaned. Of course there are a few times that very stubborn stains may not get cleaned fully and we may need to rinse under tap water after the cycle. Thanks.

      Hi Avinash, the water inlet pipe of dishwasher has the connector size of 3/4" BSP.
      Most GI household tap or pipe connections in India are 1/2" and we need a 1/2" (F) to 3/4" (M) converter/adapter. I am sharing a link which will give you an idea of how the piece looks. You cannot buy from this link. Shared only for information.
      www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-4-Bsp-Male-to-1-2-Bsp-Female-Nickel-Plated-Reducing-Bush-Pneumatic-Adapter-/120702255069
      I hope your 1/2" tap has a threaded end. Mostly the company installation person is expected to carry this small adaptor but in case of doubt you could buy one and keep it handy. You should get it at any medium or large plumbing/hardware store.

      @reddy gamers, LG has advanced features but there are a couple of issues which many of my viewers have shared - program not starting from the point where it stopped during power outage, salt indicator blinking even if salt added, heating element problem. Not all face all these problems though. I do not have LG with me. I just got a chance to use it last year for 2 months from a friend during which I made the videos. I did not face any problem during the two months.
      So in case you decide to buy LG you've to get these clarified with the company, because it is priced at least 10-12K more
      than BOSCH.
      Bosch is a reliable and reputed German brand which has been there since decades. I am using BOSCH Dishwasher for the past 8½ years and am happy with the performance even with the limited programs.
      Final decision should be yours based on your budget and preference. Hope this helps. Thanks.

      Hi Tulika, it is not advisable to wash non stick, aluminium in dishwasher. But if you have soft water, one can try washing the above in short cycle like Turbo, Express, etc. We should not use steam or high temp option. Even after this, if discolouration is seen in aluminium, please understand that the water hardness does not suit cleaning aluminium. Thanks.

      Hi Shweta, Voltas Beko is a new model in India. I have no personal experience of using it, but Beko is a reputed international dishwasher brand, and with TATA collaboration in India, it should be good.
      I have used the LG model shown in my video for 2 months extensively and it has performed exceedingly well and I did not face any problem. But of late, a lot of people have come with the complaint about the program not resuming from same point after a power cut in LG dishwasher. And a few people have had HE error which is heating element error (this could also be due to high voltage, as mentioned in the manual). So if you are having power cut or high voltage at your place, you should take care or confirm the above before deciding on LG.
      IFB SX1 features wise is almost a complete dishwasher. 15 place, 3 rack and with steam function. Rare to find all these in same machine.
      But please read online reviews as there are lots of complaints about IFB service. Again I have not used this machine, so no personal experience.
      Hope this helps. In case you are still not clear, you could DM me on FB/Insta or email me. Thanks.

      Hi Dr. Ruchika, the shortest program in this machine for light to moderately soiled dishes is Turbo Express which runs for 38 minutes. Turbo Express+High Temperature is 48 minutes.
      Turbo Express+Extra Dry is 1hr20 mins. In all Turbo Express has 3 program cycles.
      The next best option is the Turbo programme without any additional options which is 59 minutes.
      Turbo+Steam is 1hr21mins.
      Turbo+High Temperature 1hr07mins.
      After Turbo Express, Turbo has the shortest duration programs combined with various additional options like High Temperature, Steam or Extra Dry totalling in all 9 programs and the time ranging from 59 minutes to 1hr59mins.
      You have to use the options and programs depending on the type of soiled dishes you have.

      Hi Shatadip, you're right. In spite of having such advance features, auto resume after power outage is a basic feature (present in most appliances like dishwashers and washing machines these days), which LG Dishwasher seems to be lacking with sadly.

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Lakshmi, Quick mode is mainly for very lightly soiled dishes. When we put a mixed load with light to medium or slightly heavily soiled dishes, the sensor senses the soiling and increases the wash time. Since you're washing all your dishes in the Quick mode only, you're seeing the increase daily.
      This is my assessment. There is nothing to worry about it.
      Salt usage mainly depends on your salt setting. But since As Quick wash consumes very less water, the salt usage will also be very less. For soft water it will be very less compared to hard water.

    Can I run lg dishwasher in inverter so that resume problem doesn't occur during power outage!?

    • @BhuvanaAdi
      @BhuvanaAdi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Krithi, the heater in the dishwasher (to heat water during wash and rinse) consumes more power. Higher the temperature, more the power. To handle this, the inverter has to have capacity. This I think may not be viable.
