  • It's an interesting idea, add a short delay to a distortion guitar effects pedal to fatten the sound up. But does it work? For some things yeah it's chunky for others, maybe not so much. Check out this monster from back when mullets weren't ironic!

Best way to use this pedal - delay hardly on, just slightly engaged; presence at 1, 1:30; distortion at 7; level as desired, but best when pushed through a clean channel.

Complete tangent, but: I have a rack for my Volca's which is extremely similar to yours. But also, my Volca keys is in the second 'slot', and I have a Volca FM in the 3rd 'slot', above it, which is what it looks like you have too. Apologies for the meaningless comment, but very cool coincidence!!

If you mean for the 9v power it’s the 1/8” mono connector on the output side. The USA made DODs are pretty much all that way. When they changed to the larger foot switch they switched to a Boss style power input and most of those are made in China I believe.

DOD's aren't very good and weaken the signal chain. I once tried that same unit and realized it wasn't gonna work being too noisy.
