Pearl House Salad
Ingredients:
Cherry tomato 4-5 pieces
Rocket leaves ½ bunch
Ice berg ½ each
Capsicum 1 each
Cucumber 1 each
Red cabbage ¼ each
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Feta cheese 1 slice
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Boiled pasta 100 gm
Method:
For salad dressing take a bowl add olive oil sesame oil lemon juice and honey mix all together nicely then add salt and pepper as taste then mix all nice fresh vegetables, pasta and put dressing on it after that for final touch add feta cheese on top.

Chicken Piccata
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 200 gm
Paprika ½ tsp
Salt& pepper to taste
Butter ½ cup
Caper 10 gm
Flour for coating
Garlic 1 tsp
Vinegar as required
Chicken stock ½ cup
Parmesan cheese as required
Olive oil as required
Parsley for garnish
Method:
1: Prepare the chicken cutlets:
To make chicken cutlets, slice the chicken breast halves horizontally, butterflying them open. If the breast pieces you are working with are large, you may want to cut them each into two pieces.
(If the pieces are still thick after butterflying, put them between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them with a meat hammer to 1/4-inch thickness).
2:Dredge the cutlets:
Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan. Rinse the chicken pieces in water. Dredge them thoroughly in the flour mixture until well coated.
Brown the cutlets
Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add half of the chicken pieces, do not crowd the pan. Brown well on each side, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and reserve to a plate.Cook the other breasts in the same manner, remove from pan. Place the breasts on a rack over a roasting pan and keep warm in a 225°F oven while you prepare the sauce. Add the stock (or wine), lemon juice, and capers. Add the chicken stock (or white wine), lemon juice, and capers to the pan. Use a spatula to scrape up the browned bits. Reduce the sauce by half.Whisk in the remaining butter:Whisk in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.Serve immediately:Plate the chicken and serve with the sauce poured over the chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.

Cumin seed 1tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
All spice powder ¼ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tbsp
Green chili pest 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic pest 1tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Yellow food colour as required
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Egg 1 each
Oil for frying
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Method:
Take a bowl mix all ingredients till it's turn into fine marination. Then make a cuts on whole chicken with knife and marinate chicken at least for 4 hours. Now steam or roast the chicken till the half done in last for final deep frying the chicken at 180 celcius for full done and serve with chat masala on top.

Falsa and Berry app Fizz
Ingredients:
Grewia asiatica juice 1 packet
Berryapp juice 1 packet
Ice as required
Water 1 glass
Soda 1 bottle
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. Serve chilled.
