Field biologist are seriously some of the most passionate people you will ever meet, and thorough. He wants to answer your question because he wants you to love it as much as he does! Ive had one shoot the breeze with me when I was bank fishing for flounder, unfortunately Id had no luck that day.

I often launch at Rigolets Marina in Slidell and the marine biologist have often checked our catch. They are not law enforcement, they analyze the catch for management of the stock. Very informative, well appreciated.

I had a LDWF Biologist in Hopedale pull some samples from redfish I caught. These ladies and guys are working to conserve our fisheries. Help them out if you can.

Sure, they’re checking the working stiffs at the dock. How about the 10,000 crab pots in Big Lake????
How about a deer can’t feed in a farm field without some poacher shooting it from the road???
Get out and do the job of protecting the resource and stop harassing the little guys. Maybe at least give them a 2 minute speech about litter while you’re at it.

Could have dispatched the fish before the exam.
