Aah Nett house looks lovely and the views you have stunning 😊 Can’t wait to see your finished trousers love the pocket fabric sets the blue off. I brought the peachy print jersery there’s 3 mtrs i think, you have fabrics I didn’t even see on the swaps table 😂🤗🥰💕
Aww thanks we love it here don’t think we will ever get bored of the view 🏡 I’m happy with the fit of my trousers now .. just trying to finish my dress for the races 🐎 did you bring that ? It’s lush thank you ☺️ I did nab quite a few 😜
Remy Raglan is my "go to" top! Think I've made all the combinations of sleeves and fronts!😊 I'm going to try one in double gauze next and am hoping I have enough fabric to do the gathered long sleeve. Beautiful outlook from your new house🏚
Hi welcome to the sewing community 😘 I mainly shop online tbh due to time constraints and lack of shops there is abakhan fabrics in stoke on Trent also a lovely shop in ecclesial the corner patch and if your in to quilting and love a really good quality cotton with gorgeous print then Angies quilts in Cheadle Staffordshire is my absolute go to .. she has so much choice I absolutely love her shop it’s packed with lovely cotton fabric and she has good haberdashery. Hollies haberdashery fabric shop in Stoke on Trent is ok too although she upset our sewing group recently with her lack of interest in accommodating us with a friend who is in a wheelchair so I am reluctant to recommend her but she does have nice fabric .. can’t really think of anywhere else tbh xx
Beautiful pets, property and fabrics. You officially have a farm when you have chickens 😉. My husband put a heat lamp in the pen to use during the Fall and Winter. Helps with egg production in the colder months.
Good Morning Annette, Debbie here 👋 I made the Blouse for my daughter in law, she is smaller chested so worked but I think if you have a bust you really need a dart to make room in that area 😊 My Mum has Dementia, me and my sister look after her but don’t think it will be too long before she will have to live with me 😕Congratulations on your move x x

Welcome to your new home. I'm a new(ish) to sewing. Can you please recommend fabric shops in Staffordshire/Midlands?

@@nettmotherbear Thank you very much, that's so kind of you, I will give them all a try (although maybe not the unaccommodating one).
