🤣 so true! You can tell from the amateur nature of my videos that they are not edited. So what you see on video is the same as what I’m seeing for the first time. Interesting!! 🤣
Hello again, and even more than on other times, on thousand thanks for this video. Being a self taught man, a gun lover, a modeller builder, and a DIY guy, I could not be more happy to watch this. I will have to work on my replicas, either to upgrade, repair, and try to correct the lacks of realism. Not having much knowledge, means, as tools, it will be quite a task. Such would be impossible without your videos, as this, and others like this one. It deed not scared me the time of this video. If it was twice, I'd still watch it. For now, I only own 2 replica revolvers: the historical Webley in 6mms, black but with no markings and poor build, and the Dan Wesson 715, 6"inc in silver that I mentioned today on other comments of another video. This last one will have to be worked. I get scared, everytime I think about this! 😢 But so will be the "old" Webley... I do own some 1911s and I want to buy Lugers, Walther, Mauser, etc. Thank God this is my only vicious. Please stay there, as you are being quite a teacher. Anything you want to know from Portugal, ask me first. I will try to help.
did both of your guns have the spring for the ejector rod lockup missing? The spring on mine was missing so I had to buy some on Amazon for 8€. At first I sent in a spare parts request to Umarex... they simply ignored it.
Doesn’t surprise me tbh. Umarex customer care is terrible! Missing on the black one but at least the locating notch was there albeit wedged inside. The chrome one had nothing. It has the hole for the spring and notch but no hole in the side where the locking pin needs to go.
And remember this, please: so far, you do NOT made boring videos!!
I really felt for you on this, I can’t remember how many times I’ve said “Mmmm interesting “ in my hobby.
