With all due respect Sir, An important questions that needs to be asked is the non corporation b/w army and air force. The disagreement grew so much that Cheifs had to go to PMO to settle dispute
Don’t want to spoil the party but some hard questions need to be asked. IAF: 1. Didn’t practice A2S bombing in Himalayas. Learnt it during combat in 1999. Lost few birds in the process 2. Knew PAF will respond post balakot. Didn’t have enough birds in the sky. Pilot broke the RoE and crossed the LoC - got shot and effectively ended the conflict with Pak having a higher hand 3. Air defense system shot down its own helicopter post Balakot 4. CDS died due to pilot error. India lost its first CDS because of pilot error Amazing how Indian military works!
Absolutely pertinent questions that are being brushed away. Hard to accept mistakes. Hopefully introspection is being done albeit away from the public eye
Oh wow....in the absence of Pakistan Air Force in Kargil conflict, with no opposition in the air to shoot down your birds, what and why you are trumpeting the role of IAF ? perhaps you forgot two IAF MIGS were shot down by Pakistan Army Air Defense Units..... but then you need to have some thing to cheer up your kids :-)
We salute you all, glad to have in person meeting with Group Captain Anupam Banerjee, Kargil Vattren and Gallantry Award winner.

Indians speaking English in a musical quick-mart accent is not easy to grasp. One has to make an educated guess what they are saying.
